This car is so awesome

This vehicle is so beautiful and so smooth. Plenty of leg room. I love the navigation. I also love the heated seats. Great choice for me.

Wifi hot spot will quit on you.

Lots of fancy stuff inside. And we only have base option of this vehicle. On board navigation is almost never being used. Mainly because it is hard to navigate the option. Way easier to use Waze or Google maps. On board voice command thing is very limited. Some of what I need it to do, have to be prerecorded first. I don't want to work on my car. I want to drive it. And if there better options available, like Cortana or Google Assistant I'd rather use them. Very blend and generic light fixture by rear view mirror. Passenger cannot read the book or use light from it in any situation, without light effecting the vision of the driver. Pssss an idea for you Jeep developers. Go for a ride in one of the Chevy trucks. See how they figured it out. Instead of having this giant white light button.(that will fade and turn yellow overtime anyway). Put LED in the hole where it shields the driver from it's light. Or just add it as an option for lighting up the middle. Ohhh. Yes. The cup holders in the middle. How am I supposed to grab the phone or put anything in that small compartment under the stereo with big ol cup sitting in front of it? Move them holders further back and move the mode selection (snow, same, auto, mud, rock) else where, I put my purse there ones and didn't even notice that I bumped that round button to a "rock" selection. And one more thing, and it's a biggie. I own this car for about 7 month now. And at first I thought it was wired but didn't pay attention to it much. Your WiFi hot spot. It sucks. Reminds me of my old Linksys router. The WiFi on that thing worked when it want to. So is your hot spot. We taking a 13 hour trip now. And for 7 hours (before our first brake) this thing worked only first 2. I know it's not at & t problem because, apparently there other year a other models of yours that have this similar issue. Too afraid to take it to dealer because apparently one guy did, in reviews I read, and his hot spot never worked after they replaced the head unit. Dealer not knowing how to fix the issue. WTH. How can dealer not know stuff? It's why guys there being paid more then the ones in my mama, papa Auto service.(if they would have one). So the long story short. I smarty user figured out temporary solution. By removing the head units fuse and replacing it. I had to do hard restart with my Linksys router as well if I wanted the WiFi to work. Don't have the faith in your ability to fix the issue. Therefore not gonna recommend this vehicle for purchase to other customers. You know. You could add separate model to the head unit to do just the thing the pulling off the fuse does. And some extra programming where every next engine start, new operating system or the part of the operating system responsible for the communication device, would be taking turns to run the hardware, to minimize the down time it would other wise take by rebooting it. Since no one can figure out why it stops working. It could be overheating too. There for falling or slowing the performance after prolong use.

Love the Jeep Grand Cherokee

Have driven Jeep Grand Cherokees most of my adult life. Love the vehicle for its sportiness, quality and reliability. Just the right amount of room, not too big or too small.

Extremely Satisfied

It met the needs - sounds, style, convenience with built in GPS, and all the other bells and whistles. Especially like the warning signals given in parking the car and when changing lanes.
