I own 2 Sorento SX models. Awesome.

I own a 2016 and 2019 Sorento. Powerful v6, comfortable, sporty, perfectly sized, quiet, and reliable. What’s not to love! technology, such as voice command, is easy to use. a lot of car for the money.

2019 limited is my second Sorento, very reliable

I had owned a very reliable 2016 SX and now have a 2019 with more of the driving safety features. I have found better reliability with my KIA than with previous Nissan and Toyota I’ve owned

Kias are really well made

I needed extra space for my growing family and this car is great, without being the full on minivan. Also, I had a Kia Sportage for 8 years and had minimal repairs over the years, it was a work horse and this one feels that way too. I chose not to buy the V6 as I only drive in the city and do not need towing and it is better mileage, but I can tell it isn't as powerful as a V6. For the 3 miles more per gallon, it is worth it to me though. I am not doing drag races on the weekend. Kia also makes nice extras inside and a sleek design. I am a happy customer.

Disappointed

Both the dealer and Kia fail to tell you they taken STD features out of this vehicle. The 2017 we had prior to this was equipped with more for much less $$ for the same level car. Stupid things like making Sirius an option. When I called Kia on it they said our customers use their phones for Sirius. What??? Just got the car and can’t wait for lease to be over. Done with Kia after 6 previous vehicles.

traded Mercedes ML350 every bit as good saved 35%

meets all of our needs, best overall value. Owned Mercedes prior, but too expensive to maintain. Warranty on KIA through out my entire time of ownership.

Practical SUV with good performance and seats 7

This vehicle has excellent MPG and yet ample power to get me up and down the Colorado Rockies. The 8 spd tranny keeps the RPM in a lower range than any vehicle except my diesel motor home Last row seat is only for small children. Only bumper is a slight stuttering on acceleration that has been not been diagnosed/corrected .

Don't waist you're money

Don't waste your money. This car is the cheapest made vehicle I've ever owned. It's one electrical problem after another. It has several recalls. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother test driving this well disguised piece of junk.
