2019 Kia Sorento consumer reviews

This car looks nice, drives wonderful, great gas mileage and meets all our needs! I would reccomend this car to anyone. It works for families, hauling, towing, off roading, comfort on long trips and everyday commuting!

Only had vehicle a week and I’ve had it back at the service center twice. I have the L model and it rides and sounds like it’s a bad tire on it. Service manager told me it’s because of the weight of the vehicle. The noise is very annoying. I turn of the radio and I still can hear it. They are refusing to let me return the vehicle. I’m so frustrated and sick to my stomach. I love the vehicle but I’m not satisfied with the performance.

After driving the Pilot, Ridgeline, Highlander, Santa Fe, and several others, the Sorento EX V6 was by far the best value for my money. It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. The ride is like a Lexus and it handles almost like a sedan. It's just the right size, has very comfortable seats and is loaded with technology! If you're looking for a new crossover in this segment, put this one on your short list to test drive.

So far I absolutely love this vehicle. It has a sporty yet high end appearance with all the bells and whistles. I had several different makes and models in mind...but I kept coming back to the Sorento. My previous vehicle was a 2013 Kia Sportage...which gave me absolutely NO issues...I just felt like I could really trust the brand. I think I will have this vehicle for many years to come.

best affordable cars made. most user friendly and best built. saved my wife's life when she got t-boned by some idiot. kia and hyundai are the best on the market.

This car is the most comfortable car I have owned. It drives smooth and handles well. Feels very luxurious and has a lot of safety features.

I can't find one thing I don't like about this car.I'm sure the next time I am ready for a new car I will again consider a KIA

Car cuts out all the time and now the gear box is going. It’s less that 3 years old. Manufacturers DO NOT stand by the seven year warranty 😡😢

After doing too much research I knew this was the vehicle I wanted based on price, performance, reliability and warranty. We tried 4 cyls and knew we needed at least a 6.
