Perfect car! Quiet, powerful, luxury at it's best, rides like a dream, great stereo, every option still work perfectly and there many, ours only has 52k miles on it. It is truly like new in and out I put Lexus chrome wheels on it a few years ago, it really looks sharp.

I just bought this car! I sold my 16 Prius 4, and went to the gorgeous one owner 430 in mystic gold. Absolutely quiet as a tomb inside, wonderful power, can hardly hear the engine. I feel so much safer with this car on the road, not to mention comfortable!! It has 94k miles, but these cars go 350 to 500 k miles if kept up! I hope to do that! Also the 2005 technology is just about equal to my high end Prius, although I must admit the original owner replaced the radio system with an in dash high end Pioneer screened system! Everyone is saying this car suits me, well it certainly does!!!

Car meets all my needs, drives smooth as butter. Amazing suspension and engine. Never had any engine problems. Only thing it needs is minor updates such as oil changes, etc. Lexus really did an amazing thing when this model was created. The LS is an incredible powerful vehicle that truly relaxes you.

Excellent car for family, status and travel. Consumer Reports rates this year and model one of the best built by Lexus. Great price and car!

Luxurious ride, well maintained, garaged, perfect condition,great value for money, extremely reliable. This car can easily go for another 120000 miles. This is based on my experience with earlier Lexus ( LS ) models.

Best price for the money. This car is nothing lees than high quality appointments with attention to detail and the car LS430 is a Lexus which never breaks down and is so reliable. This is my 2nd LS430 and I owned a LS400 before that.

I have had this car since 2007. It has been the most reliable and trouble free car. So many features that are found on newer vehicles. Powerful V8 engine, great sound system, and timeless style. This car was well ahead of its time in 2005. Reliability and build quality are superb. Amazing comfort for road trips and/or a daily driver. I've owned many cars since age 16. I'm 57 now. This is a very fine car when comparing to all the other luxury cars of the 2000s. Mine has 83,000 miles and all I have had done other than regular maintenance every 5000 with only Mobile 1 oil--- is two rear license plate bulbs burned out and a new parking sensor interior replacement. That is it. Now you can't beat that these days. My only complaint is the seats tend to be a little too hard. But all cars have hard seats today which is a big No to me and my Mother and friends. On performance it does great and don't let anyone tell you it can't do well because it does in every respect. My driving is not slow! I move right out but I'm careful. My whole family and many relatives drive right along!---if you will. I have heard the newer 460s are not as reliable. If that is the case I will sell mine later and find an 06 LS that has 25-35,000 original miles and buy it no matter where it's located in the 48 states. A very fine luxury car. I think Lexus has peaked in 05 and 06.

I have been driving Mercedes cars since 1980 and I have loved them, so when I was getting ready to get my mother a new car, I contacted several Mercedes Master Mechanics and posed the question: what is the best car ever built and what should I buy for my mother. Every single one of those Mercedes Master Mechanics told me that the Lexus LS 430 was the best car every built. I bought a silver 2005 LS 430 and it has been quite simply amazing, certainly everything that those master mechanics had represented. My mother has loved the car and I have loved driving it whenever driving her around town and on trips. The car is now 12 years old with 53800 miles on it and it still drives, looks and even smells like new! Amazing car!
