2005 Lexus LS 430 consumer reviews

Nice car. But not air suspension. Rides like a boat. I had to replace tires and struts. Dealership staff 8s incompetent or only interested in selling you a replacemement car. They have no respect for old cars. They simply want to replace everything. Just like that. I am very disappointed .

This car is an excellent value in the luxury car class. It has a very smooth ride and many features including blue-tooth and parking assist. I was able to retro fit the satellite radio to the in dash audio system.

It has pretty much everyting you need on the road. Keyless entry/go, ventilated seats, navigation system, parking sensors, back up camera, window shutters, trip computer, heated/cooled seats, telescoping wheel, rain sensors, huge trunk and a lot more... It's fun, enjoyment and quality of driving all the time. I like to drive to work on it, because of it look and excellence of driving experience. Also with my family on longer trips we fill so comfortable and very important too. It has quality, trust and a lot of power in it. Great luxury sedan of all times!

I HAVE ALWAYS DRIVEN LARGE LUXURY SEDANS.I HAVE HAD MERCEDES,CADILLAC,LINCOLN,AND LEXUS.THIS 2005 LEXUS LS IS BY FAR THE BEST CAR I HAVE EVER DRIVEN AND ITS VALUE IS EXCEPTIONAL.THIS CAR HAS EVERYTHING A PERSON WOULD WANT IN THEIR VEHICLE AND IT REQUIRES NO REPAIRS.JUST PUT IN YOUR FUEL,CHANGE YOUR OIL AND FILTER AND DRIVE IT EVERYDAY.I AM STILL ON SECOND SET OF MICHELIN TIRES AS THEY ARE ROTATED EVERY THREE THOUSAND MILES WITH OIL CHANGE. JUST A GREAT LUXURY SEDAN.LEXUS SHOULD BE PROUD OF THIS CAR.

I bought it used and it's kept its value very well. Very quiet and smooth. I love the adaptive cruise control and the self-closing doors.

THIS AUTOMOBILE IS THE BEST CAR I HAVE EVER OWNED I BOUGHT MY FIRST CAR IN THE 1970S It has required no special service in twelve years except for a new battery.IT HAS MAINTAINED ITS VALUE BETTER THEN MOST CARS ITS AGE FROM EVERY MANUFACTURER.

I have owner MANY luxurious big body sedans.. and the Lexus LS430 by far takes the trophy. The review I write simply doesn't do this car justice, go out, find a nice one, and drive it.. you will understand why words cant do this car justice. My family friend owns one with 395,000 MILES !!! Still runs like new ! Mine is a baby at 100k miles !

I bought this 2005 430 LS car from a dealer in May 2005 brand new, with 18 miles on it. Currently have 88,000 miles on it. Small things, like fading on outside rubber of sun facing window mounts, pealing of black trim near door panel. Normal wear & tear - Live at the beach and car was parked outside for several years. Body style changed next year. Love this car and know it has a lot more miles. Still looks stylish with the low profile tires and clean silver look.

I have owned a 3 previous LS400 models before purchasing my 2005LS430 with 76k miles from a Lexus dealer. No question it is a great improvement over the LS400. After I changed timing belt, a needed new tires. Soon there after struts went, then driver door actuator. Now tire rods, control arms and bushings need replacement. Right door actuator just went. Replacement battery died last week. It has 148k now and I AM DONE. Trading it this week. Sell before 125k and don't replace timing belt. You will thank me if you follow this advice!
