The most beautiful SUV you have ever seen!
I love everything about this car. I love the pick up, the giant front grill, the sporty interior. Basically everything. I especially love watching people check my car out :-)

This Lexus is a Lemon
Accelerating slow to moderate, the car will often bog down, and sometimes jerk multiple times per second. The A/C has a mind of its own and will sometimes start blowing much warmer air than what it's set at or reduce the airflow. The car has an "economy" setting for the A/C, which we do not have it set to, but why would a luxury car have this anyway. The lane-keeping-assist used w/cruise control forces the car to the right side of the lane. The dashboard controls are terrible with controls for things like A/C and Music all in a row with the same low profile buttons requiring you to take eyes off the road to make adjustments. My previous 4 Lexus cars/suvs were fantastic, and didn't have these issues. Why go backwards on design and make things worse. That's what they did with this car. There's more problems but I don't have the space to write about them all. The decisions that Lexus made on this car make me question their competence. They just didn't test things out well at all.

This car isn't worthy of Lexus name
This vehicle had problems from the beginning. After writing letters to Lexus VP, Lexus finally acknowledged and fixed an issue with delay in acceleration. There is also a loud groan and vibration when accelerating from a stop (and below 40 mph). Lexus won't acknowledge and says it is "characteristic" of the vehicle. I read the owner's manual, and that "characteristic" isn't mentioned anywhere in there. Many other owners have posted reviews of similar issues. Lexus seems to think that this defect is acceptable. I find it sad. What happened to Lexus quality? Can't imagine that Akio Toyoda would think that this many unhappy customers is a good thing. I've owned cars that cost $20K less and none of them had engines this loud.

Our 4th Lexus. Gas to b a reason why
Very comfortable and secure feeling . They finally moved the shift lever off the dash. Who came up with idiotic idea. Fit and finish is superb while I gad sworn off black cars this black had silver metal flake in it, very pretty. Wish they would bring back white interior. While probably buy another when time comes

Lexus Enform is a rip off
I purchased my RX350 in 2016 trading in a 2009 Lexus IS250. I had been very happy with my little Lexus sports car and the Dealer service, including major repairs at no charge or for cost of labor only. So when I wanted more room for post retirement travel I went back to Lexus for a their then new RX350 SUV. When taking delivery of the new vehicle I was informed that remote start was part of an app for my phone and it was also tied into kept fob. This would all be an additional annual subscription of $199/yr. after one year free service. Not happy! Over the course of the next 12 months Lexus Enform failed more often than it worked. Even the key fob remote start was a joke. Press the lock button 3 times and hold it down the third time for 3 seconds. No horn honk to tell me the car actuall started. The Operating range was horrible and it would not start if I was not facing the vehicle front. Many complaint to dealer and to Lexus but no resolution. At end of first year I received a letter advising me my free subscription for Enform was expiring and oh yes the price was now $250/yr. Lexus was having technical problems and they offered additional free months but the car still would not start reliably remotely. The tech folks even called me in follow up and admitted they were having many issues with the system and they were trying to fix it. Too late!! I traded in the Lexus for a Subaru Outback in March 2017 and I love it. The electronics, connectivity and safe driving features are fantastic. And, the vehicle starts when I push the button!! Amazing.

Driving a noisy comfortable couch
Comfortable with a capital, "compfy", but noisy, especially when cold. Many of the shrouds made of resin bang against each other upon starting and accelerating when cold. Dealer stated that it is a known issue and there is no fix as of yet. Noise started to happen around the 6 month of driving. The interior is so comfortable it makes one ready for a nap. That really is the best part of the vehicle, save the driving position, which is also very nice. What is troubling, beside the engine compartment noise is the constant hunt for the proper gear. The 8 speed trany jumps all over the place when driving around town. Not nearly as fluid as the 2013 or the 2010 I had before. It could use a bit more speed and less body roll, bt what would you expect form a luxury Japanese SUV. It's not a BMW or Audi.
