Walser Kia review
I saw the car I was interested in on the internet. I was able to go through the purchase process over the phone and internet. I live 5 hours away and wasn’t able the physically see or test drive the vehicle. They worked with me to allow my son who lives there to test drive the car before I bought it. Exs Exceptional service!

Mercedes-Benz of NashvilleReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Nashville review
I purchased a used GLS 580 from Jan Crick at Mercedes-Benz of Nashville this week, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! Jan was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the process. She took the time to walk me through all the features of my new vehicle, answer my questions, and even help me get everything set up on the Mercedes-Benz app. Her attention to detail and commitment to making sure I was comfortable with my new vehicle really stood out. I also had the pleasure of working with Kevin in Finance, who was equally knowledgeable, helpful, and made that part of the process easy and seamless. The entire experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend Jan Crick and the team at Mercedes-Benz of Nashville to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you, Jan and Kevin, for making this such a wonderful experience!

Larry H. Miller Hyundai PeoriaReviews
Larry H. Miller Hyundai Peoria review
I helped my mom (76) buy a new Hyundai Kona from LHM Hyundai in Peoria, AZ and was very impressed with the buying experience. I've been helping family and friends buy cars for 30 years, and this is the nicest, most helpful, lowest-pressure experience ever! Our sales rep, Theresa Yont, was more informed about the car's specs and features than any sales rep I've worked with before (dozens), and she was not pushy, patronizing, or condescending at all. She was very easy-going, got us everything we needed, and was very accommodating for my mom (who was very nervous about getting a new-fangled high-tech modern vehicle). She even helped us unfreeze my mom's credit reporting. The price they gave us was actually LOWER than what was advertised without the need to haggle, and there were NO dealer add-ons! That is mind-blowing in new-car sales. Our paperwork guy, Mauricio Sanchez was also very nice and offered, but didn't push extended warranties or service contracts and pointed out that LHM doesn't pay on commission which explains why they are so friendly and helpful rather than sleazy, aggressive, or sneaky like some dealership personnel. I would definitely recommend LHM over any other dealership (Anywhere! I've worked with many), and ask for Theresa Yont.

Very welcoming, knowledgeable both Carl and Joseph Appreciated all the help and expertise. Would highly recommend both in the future.
2016 Lexus RX 350 review
This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

Dealership very Clean and the salesman was super kind and caring . And took his time to get to know our needs
2016 Lexus RX 350 review
It is easy to drive and has aids, such as white line warning, to make it even easier. Maneuvers very well in parking lots and has backup help for added safety. The seats are wonderfully adjustable even for a 5'2" me. It is a comfortable easy drive for trips without the feeling of herding something down the road. Good, safe, family car.

I saw the car I was interested in on the internet. I was able to go through the purchase process over the phone and internet. I live 5 hours away and wasn’t able the physically see or test drive the vehicle. They worked with me to allow my son who lives there to test drive the car before I bought it. Exs Exceptional service!

Thank You for an Exceptional Buying Experience Dear Andrew and Alex, Thank you so much for all your help with my recent purchase of the 2024 BMW X3. You made the online and over-the-phone buying experience truly enjoyable. Your friendly and approachable attitudes made me feel welcome from day one. I also really appreciate your fair pricing and outstanding customer service—especially delivering my BMW all the way to Peoria, IL. Your efforts have left a lasting impression, and I will surely return for all my future auto purchases. You both went above and beyond, and I’m sincerely grateful. Thank you again for everything. Best regards, Jamie Peoria, IL

2016 Lexus RX 350 review
We have owned a 2004, 2011, and now 2016. They just keep getting better and better. The new transmission makes me smile when it comes to gas milage. This last 5000 mile road trip the average tank registered between 28 mpg to 32 mpg.

Groove ToyotaReviews
Groove Toyota review
Went to Groove Toyota to just look at new hybrid Toyota SUVs and met Mike Goodoe. Mike listened to the need/preference and offered some model options. Joe Swonger stepped in seamlessly and we took a demo drive with a used, low mileage Rav 4. Joe explained unique features of the Rav4 and provided a comparison to the new Highlanders (my original thought for a new vehicle). I was convinced that the used Rav4 would be the best option! Joe walked me through all the final steps and closed the sale. He and Mike also delivered the car to our home. Joe and Mike were both very easy to work with, knowledgeable, helpful and followed up to make sure this was the right deal. Thank you, Groove Toyota for the great customer service, value, and product.
