Just purcahsed

Love all the features and the extra roomy comfort. It is extra quiet and has a great sound system. Wish it had bluetooth for the stereo.

This luxury hybrid was the best vehicle ever!!

I am personally driven this car for 400,000 miles. Although, I’ve only service the car at the dealer I’ve had no major repairs or breakdowns. This was the best car I’ve ever owned, I recommend this hybrid to anyone who is willing to take care of it!!

Great SUV

Great vehicle to own. You may notice that when you find one of these, and the mileage is low, and the price is fair, they don't last on the market for very long. I've seen many of them get sold the very day they're advertised. That's because they're great cars, they're very dependable, very comfortable, spacious, and people know it. And even though it's a hybrid, it's got plenty of power to get you from point A to point B. They actually have more HP than the non-hybrid version.

Dangerous / High End / High Maintenance Cost.

2 inverters failed @ 90,000 miles each. These cars are dangerous and should be taken off the road. The inverters should be replaced as normal maintenance @ 60,000 miles to be safe if you need a Hybrid. The inverter design, cooling from one side is a problem. Read the manufacturers' (Denzos') explanation as to why the inverters need to be cooled from both sides. The replacement inverter did not correct the problem. The inverters can fail at any time without warning. Toyota should be required to performance test their inverters or replace them with properly cooled units similar to those on the Lexus LS. If inspections would push the inverter during non driving conditions, weak solder joints and and hot transistors could be identified. There may also be value in replacing the coolant more often. In any case, Toyota should research and rectify the problem rather than install a recall part with a part that will fail similar to the original defective part. The Check Hybrid System message should also be changed to a warning not a "check". A redesign of the system could allow the engine to power a vehicle without the Hybrid System. The hybrid system also seems to have a significant negative impact on the non hybrid battery.

Great vehicle at great price

I believe this is the finest best deal automobile I've ever owned. Bought it in last December of 2017. So far all I've had to do was the routine oil change. The Butler Group Lexus dealership insured they took care of any recalls or service needs when I bought the vehicle. Has more options than my 2015 BMW 320i had with nothing lacking only more like real leather interior, navigation, etc still learning new things about this car. Love the cargo space lift up areas great for groceries not rolling over in the car

Great AWD Performance Vehicle!!

This is by far the best vehicle I've owned since my previous were all sedans. I admire the ride & comfort of this vehicle so much I just have so much joy & pride driving this one-of-a-kind; not to mention the cabin space is amply perfect for tall guy like myself. I've had this vehicle for almost a year & haven't had one single mechanical issue; only service done was oil changes and transmission fluid drain & refill. This luxury piece will ALWAYS be at my top-list Favorite all-time vehicles owned throughout life.
