Lots of tech issues!

This was one of the early production aviators. Nothing but Tech issues from day number one. Lots of BS from the dealer, with very little Corrections being made. If they don't fix it this time, they either replace it with new production, or refund my money. Otherwise it's lemon law lawyer time!

Lincoln Aviator 2020

Anyone thinking of purchasing this vehicle, the lincoln aviator (notice I haven't used capital letters for the name of the garbage product, because they don't deserve Capital Letters) should absolutely reconsider. Their technology and non existing concierge service is a total joke and is truly not ready for the consumer. I am 69 years old and I have bought numerous new vehicles. My buying this Lincoln Aviator Black Label, as been the worst and most unpleasant buying experience that I have ever had. If you are looking at buying this product, I recommend for you to run away, get out of there.

Nice car but a lot of $ for $ Bells and whistles!!

Aviator gives a very nice ride! Lots of bells and whistles to figure out. Massaging seats are nice but not needed. Interior and exterior are very sharp and good looking! Now for the problems...at dealership now to get the passenger window fixed...it goes most of the way up, then back down and you have to manually hold the button then to get it all the way up. There is a recall on the seats for some reason. Last night, my big screen was stuck on navigation and would not do anything else....no radio, no anything other than navigations! Works fine this morning so who knows... probably will be ok until the warranty runs out! There is a rattle/vibration on the panel where the controls for the climate are. Have to bang on it to get it to stop...

Needs engine replaced after one month/400 miles.

Beautiful interior and exterior plenty of power. Have been without vehicle for two weeks, since engine is leaking oil and cannot be fixed. Now awaiting total engine replacement. No estimate of when this will be accomplished.

Another Lemon from Lincoln

We have owned the car 2 months and has been to Dealer 4 times. Rear camera didn’t work and nearby Lincoln dealer Fixed the software and returned car. 2 days later it stopped working. Then took it to dealer further away where car was purchased. I was told by service manager he was able to obtain New Camera in 2 weeks because of his back channel Connections at the plant in Chicago. Otherwise may have taken months. Fixed but as they were literally returning the car it stopped working. So New camera didn’t work. Another part needs to be replaced. Still didn’t work. Then Software was reworked and all ok but they kept it to observe.. ..Still didn’t work and I was advised to Open case with Lincoln manufacture under Illinois Lemon law. I did. Meanwhile service manager said Ford engineers were Taking over to write a NEW software program for the Vehicle. It worked so far. Lincoln told me my Aviator DIDNT qualify for lemon Law ( 4 times same problem) I asked why and she wouldn’t tell me. After buying only foreign cars for 20 years I switched Back to American made and produced. Nothing has changed. My mistake!!!

Very well designed and presented by Lincoln. Solid vehicle with very upscale equipment. Would highly recommend this vehicle for capacity and luxury.. test drive and you’ll see.

Love this car

Very easy to drive and maintain. I love the size and especially the fact that the seat and steering wheel come on when I start the car.

What in the world?

Supposedly the 2nd row with bench can seat three across. However, the front-row center-console extends so far back that it's impossible to sit in the middle of the second row! A strange and disturbing design flaw. If you need to seat five in two rows, the smaller Nautilus is, surprisingly, the superior choice.

Love the drive and responsiveness of the engine

The options on this car raises the bar for future car buyers. Additionally, the ride is exceptionally smooth with no road noise. We replaced the ford explorer we had and I doubt we will ever go back to the explorer
