2018 Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 consumer reviews

Bought this car used in 2020, 30k miles when I bought it. It now has just about 50k, two years later. The only problem I’ve encountered with it so far is the battery running out. I was able to get it replaced under the warranty. It’s by far my favorite vehicle, love the sporty style, the interior, gas mileage. Only con I would have to mention is the low profile tires, feeling every bump in the road. I have to drive very slowly over railroads. However, I love the look of the low profile. The drive is smooth and pretty quiet on the freeway. Great speakers, great bass. Love the panoramic sunroof. Highly recommend this C Class!

The styllng was sleek, and driving it was an absolute joy. The performance of this vehicle was top-notch. It looked as good after 4 years as the day I leased it. Interior design was great. Love the set-up of all of the displays. Downside: the tires were thin and I could feel every bump. But I absolutely loved driving this vehicle.

It needed a maintenance service right off the bat and battery for key fob. Almost $1000.00 The front drivers seat is very uncomfortable. I think it might have been replaced at some time. The back feels like a board is pressing on your lower lumbar. No matter how I've adjusted it still doesn't get better. I put a little travel pillow behind my back and that helps some.

I love the navigation system, the smoothness of the ride and the joy of driving it. I've always wanted this car and now I do!

excellent vehicle is not the first luxury car that I have but it is definitely the best in its class. The most that I love of you his car it’s the power.

This car meet all of our needs it was a birthday gift from me to my wife and she is loving it ! I'm happy for her because she truly deserves it.

A GOOD VEHICLE. Only problem was the bumper was previous damage and the place I bought it from didn't tell me but overall it is a great car.

The CLA has great gas mileage plus since it’s a 4 cylinder with a Turbo it has enough take off power to get you on the hwy with the traffic in a timely fashion. I Love My CLA 250.
