2007 Mercedes-Benz E-Class consumer reviews

The E550 actually feels luxurious when you sit in it. Good leather, wood, chrome. Not plastic. The engine is magnificent! The front of the car lifts when you bury the pedal. You pass everything. The ride smooth without losing road feel. The one flaw is the suspension and traction control (which can not be completely disabled.) You can't really drive this car aggressively into corners. The traction control kicks in and hits the brakes. The suspension doesn't respond how you expect... You just can't do it. But, I don't mind that much because everything else is done so well. Besides, most of the time I only really need the strait line acceleration.

This is one of the best cars I've ever driven. It has awesome safety features. This is my favorite car. The only downside is that it cost too much for gas, otherwise this would've been the perfect car.

This car is so refined it is unbelievable. Mercedes is back on track and delivers a vehicle that is dominant in it's class
