Depreciated too fast
It is a fine road car. I like the autopilot feature on the road. The preset radio has been a problem but the dealer finally fixed it.

Very Nice Car with one exception
I recently purchased a slightly used (9K miles) 2018 GLC 300 4matic. Overall, the car is great. Very comfortable, super quiet, handles great, good acceleration. It's the quality you would expect from a MB. The only negative about the car is the MB Command Center, particularly the Navigation package. Quite simply, their Nav package is crap. Furthermore, I found out after the fact, that you can't install Android auto or CarPlay which would allow you to display Waze on the heads up display. I wrote to MB and they indicated that mobile phone integration is only available at the time of manufacture. Frankly, I can't believe that MB considers mobile phone integration an "option" in the year 2018. Furthermore, the Command Center option costs $2K. I'd pay $2K to get rid of Command Center. Aside from this issue, the car is great, but this is just stupidity on the part of MB.

Very efficient
I love everything about it. The smoothness of driving and the engine is excellent. It was bought as a gift but my wife realized we have other priorities at this time, otherwise I would have kept it myself.

GLC300 is great
Love the car. My favorite feature is adaptive cruise. Brake hold, is 2nd. I wish I had Car Play, but that feature is not available on 2018 GLC300.

Nice car, but...
I have never owned a Mercedes, but this car caught my eye. I love the size–I was downsizing from a large SUV, and this was the perfect smaller next step. There is plenty of room in the second row, and the fold down seats offers me the cargo space I need most of the time. Additionally, the gas economy makes me very happy. But I am disappointment at the lack of standard options for a car of this quality, price range, and reputation. It is a base car for Mercedes. Although very nice, my last car, a Buick, offered so much more. I am missing features, most notably a backup alert system. Why doesn't a Mercedes offer this as a standard feature? They put a backup camera but no alert? Seams cheap and should be standard on a Mercedes. To make matters worse, my sales person didn't even bother notifying me that this wasn't a standard feature. (I would have paid for it, had I known.) I also had, in my last car, a navigation system that offered many features I used, like Sirius radio. That, too, was an upgrade for Mercedes for which I was not informed upon purchasing. I am stuck with integrating my phone with the display. Not a huge deal, but just is not up to the standards I expected purchasing a Mercedes. Lastly, the engine size performs well enough, and is the reason why it gets such great gas mileage. But it is not the smoothest, nor the most powerful. It is fine for my needs–commuting throughout the city. But if anyone is looking for a power strength or an aggressive engine, you won't get it in this car. Overall, the care is beautiful, a great size, and gas efficient. Are there other options on the market that offer more for the money? Absolutely. But I wanted to drive a Mercedes and this was a good option for my needs. I feel proud to drive it, safe, and enjoy the overall experience.

Sharp.roomy.smooth.style.
This car gives you more room than your sedan style in the drivers seat, plus when you go shopping there is more room in the back!!it rides smoothly with lesser road noise than the sedan style . Also when you drive over "dips" in road you don't have to go at an angle so front fender won't get scraped.

Can’t wait to trade this car in
This is my least favorite car ever. I am one year in on a lease and can not wait until I can turn it in. We live in New York and the brakes squeal badly all winter long. When I took it in they told me this is normal because the brake pads get cold. When asked what I could do to make it stop the dealer reminded me that warmer weather will come soon. Really? Funny thing- I read about the brakes squealing before purchasing and thought the reviewers just needed to buy new pads. No! Regardless of the age of the pads the brakes will squeal loudly in the cold (and really frustrate your neighbors when you leave the house early). The car is HORRIBLE in the snow. I have driven all sorts of cars in the upstate winters and never been worried about performance in the snow before this car. After one year of driving the check engine light has started to come on. MB assures me that the car is under warranty and it to worry, however it’s really unclear as to why this light would come on in such a car. There are a ton of technology glitches in the car. For starters, when Sirius radio updates every few weeks all your presets will be erased. And it’s not easy to set it up again! When I called Sirius they blamed MB and of course, MB blamed Sirius. The car doesn’t have a touch screen and the position of the touchpad in the center council makes it easy to accuse other scroll.
