The moment I knew i needed to trade my car in and went online shopping for the best trade in value, they beat everyone. I worked with Gil and he made the shopping part so seamless. He was courteous, had great insight and got me the info on the cars (i was very indecisive) I wanted. When I finally chose one, I was able to get it the next day before noon. He was also very patient with my kid as well (he needs all the patience). Then when we got down to the money part Josh was also amazing! He made it so painless and was very efficient and explained things well. I believe the whole process took maybe an hour and a half. Josh was also a saint in dealing with my energetic kid. Let him use his phone for YouTube kids when I needed mine and made him laugh. He didn't even mind a little drool that got on there. All in all, those men were awesome to work with and would definitely work with them again.

I mentioned that I noticed the the battery manufacturer date code sticker says 2022. That means the battery is 4 years old. Even though they said it tested good. Anyone that lives in Las Vegas knows that car batteries only last for 2 to 3 years. I don't think it's right for them to sell me a car that has a 4 year old battery in it.

Communication was clear, timely and the negotiation was respectful and in retrospect, not without humor. I believe the true measure of this dealership comes after they earn your business. The customer service after settlement was nothing short of exemplary. Mike Kaye and Steven Washington provided detailed information on all steps surrounding my purchase. The vehicle had some minor issues that needed to be remedied, and the dealership insured they were resolved in a timely manner and with no short cuts. Mike Kaye’s communication and coordination was outstanding. One of the most informative moments for me was the financing portion of the deal. Although I always come pre-approved Jeremiah Marx the finance manager worked a deal I could not refuse. I have purchased/assisted in the purchase of 6 vehicles in the past 6 years (3 new and 3 used) and have never purchased an extended warranty. No one has been able to justify the increased cost. Jeremiah did the job. You need a lot of patience dealing with me in a finance/warranty discussion. I crunch numbers, discuss “what if’s”, and scrutinize every benefit. I am skeptical and stubborn sometimes to fault. Jeremiah took it all in stride. He explained in detail how I could utilize the specific warranties to my benefit. Explaining the intricate details of the warranty options is a task that requires a special type of patience when you are dealing with myself and Jeremiah got it done. 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 review
I transport about 250 rescued cats and dogs a year, and this SUV has plenty of room for all the crates and people. It’s so comfortable — the heated seats don’t get too hot and all the controls are easily accessible. The extra cup holders/bins on the doors add a lot of storage. It’s peppy and fun to drive. Plus, it’s silver and doesn’t show dirt. I highly recommend this car. It’s my ninth Mercedes.
