Love the stying both inside and out! Love all the safety features especially the 360 camera! Handles beautifully and has a lot of energy! I love that it’s a SUV where I sit higher up and feel more in control and the generous cargo space! What more could I want!!

God really knows the reason, the GLC300 2017 and 2018 has the same issues unresolved. The software suddenly either shuts down/malfunction shutting down the engine. It breaks down. I had this issue with new 2017, after 5 months the s/f malfunctioned twice. So traded-in and bought a new 2018. Now I have the same issue. The s/w shut down the engine. I hate that its a full loaded with safety features, yet the reliability is low.

Love the car, but very disappointed in the quality, the run flat tires needed to be replaced at 25k miles, car makes a squealing noise from the brake pads when I back up, the leather on the steering wheel is starting to peal and the door panel on the driver's side now has a dent form resting my elbow on it. When I took it back to the dealer they told me all this was normal wear and tear and they were not able to do anything about it, however they did offer to pay for half of it and I would have to fork up $2,000. Additionally I did try to call customer care but they were in favor of the dealer's decision. This will be the last time I purchase a Mercedes Benz.

This mid-size SUV meets all my needs. It is comfortable, quiet, and responsive. Our only complaint is that the navigation system is not included as a standard feature, although it is pre-wired to add Garmin Navigation.

I like the ride, ease of entry and exit from the vehicle. It looks good. I am pleased with the vehicle at the 12 month mark.

This vehicle has easy entry and exit for my disabled spouse. It has adequate storage area for his walker/rollator. Smooth, quiet drive. Good fuel economy. Excellent handling. Superb safety features.
