Solid and agile

The GLK hits the sweet spot for me. Compact size, lots of interior space for people, dogs, and gear. I have the 250 diesel, and average about 40 MPG. Performance exceeds my expectations, and it?s comfortable and fun to drive. It has handled rain and snow flawlessly!

All Around Nice Car/SUV

It's my wife's car and she loves it! Always wanted a Mercedes but wanted a mid-size SUV. The GLK 350 fits that request perfectly. Has all the style, ride, room and comfort that she wanted at a reasonable price. So far service expense has been more than reasonable and the purchase process was pleasurable. All around great experience. Would buy another Mercedes in a heartbeat!

Great looking car for petite woman

Car met all my needs. I?m a small petite woman and the size of the car does look like a giant with me driving it. Just enough trunk size for me to put all my equipments for camping and hiking Love it !

Great vehicle

This vehicle met my list of needs and wants. I needed AWD for our driveway. It?s compact for around town driving but big enough foto comfort on a trip. The only thing about the interior is the lack of legroom for a tall person which my husband is. Also not as much legroom in the back seat as I would have liked but it?s great for me!

Reliable and fun to drive vehicle

In the small sport activity vehicle sector I feel the GLK350 runs with the best. It handles well with good acceleration. It manages the roadways with a secured posture. Though the styling is a little militant and angular I would recommend all to consider this vehicle.

15 MB 250 bluetec (diesel)

Bought with 40k miles so still relatively new. DPF filter is only issue. If you do at least 50 percent highway miles, expect to have a trouble free 35mpg average trips. Way more comfortable and quieter then CR-V, or rav4 (comparable size small suv) perfect size for small family w/ 2 kids in car seats, fits fine even rear facing, behind me, and I?m 6?2?. WARNING: if you?re going to be doing short trips all the time and city only, then you will have problems with DPF guaranteed. And dealers will only constantly be cleaning it for you (manually forcing dog burn) but there?s no solution. Only real solution is to get rid of egr/dpf altogether but that will run you just under 2k (must send out ECU for reprogramming) (for off-road use only lol) But after that, the car is a gem. After all this is same drivetrain motor/trans that is in Mercedes sprinter vans. And in there these motors and trained haul twice as much weight as GLK for 300-500k miles trouble free with regular maintenance. So imagine what mileage you?ll get out of this 2.1L in an suv that will never work as hard as in a sprinter. Btw with dog delete this GLK does not become a smelly steam train, because original CAT still stays, and takes care of most of the exhaust, so difference in smell and smoke is almost non existent. Tuning is a must, and is most important though.

Excellent, reliable, quality, high-end vehiclefor Ford like money. Love the car. Wouldn't sell it except I need a heavier tow vehicle. Would recommend to a family member. Great value.

Riding in luxury

This car is tight and quiet. I know now why Mercedes are so sought after! It is roomy but small. I feel so lucky to be the owner!

Wasn't my favorite, but a good car.

After 17 years of loyalty to VW I switched over to Mercedes with a GLK350. Pros: Extierior of the car was very attractive. It handled great, peppy and truly a beast in the snow? Who knew?!?! It was easy to park, all the buttons and such worked as they should. Although a small SUV it did fit quite a bit of cargo when need be. Gas mileage was good. I've never had such amazing service with a vehicle as I did with a Mercedes dealer! (I own a Lexus now and still say Mercedes has them beat). The fit and finish of this car were truly top quality inside and out. (again, I have a Lexus now...I love my truck, but Mercedes has them hand down on fit and finish) Cons: It wasn't that comfortable to drive interior wise, I could never find a good position to sit or rest my elbows. I realized after driving this car for almost 3 years, it's just way too low to the ground for my liking as well. It was lacking a vantage point. (I came fresh out of a VW Touareg to this vehicle). I needed brakes at 12K miles?!?! I promise I don't drive crazy, the dealer paid for it though. Not sure if they were defective or what the deal was, but that is truly the only issue I ever had with this car. If you don't mind a bit of a lower ride/car feel and can find a comfy position for yourself, I would say this is a really realiable and pleasant car to drive. I always felt confident and safe in it, and again...she was GREAT in the snow!
