I do not even know where to start with this. I will first off say that I never ever write reviews...... I took about a week to write a review at first I wanted to write a bad review because I felt that I was getting nowhere but then I thought let me try to reach management and address my concerns if it is not addressed then I will the bad review. With that being said I would like to thank the service manager Jason and the general manager Jad. They both listen and resolved my concerns. Every dealership has issues if you think that every dealership is perfect you are going to be let down big time. What does matters is how the dealership addresses and resolves any issues you may have at that time. This dealership was great with following through on their promise to resolve my issues. One thing I can take away from this experience is before you leave a review allow the dealership/company to hear your concerns and address them before you leave a bad review just to stick it to the company. PS gave it 4 out 5 stars because of the money on gas and tolls I spent getting it resolved :-)

We searched the National Capital Region for the right vehicle at almost every Mercedes dealership in the area. This dealership not only found us what we were looking for but also gave great customer service, made sure every feature we wanted was included and made the deal exactly what we were looking for. I bought a Lexus ES350 from this dealer. Mathew promptly responded to my email. Then I had a very good experience dealing with AJ during the deal and after sale. They all are very professional and friendly. Smooth transactions. I am sure I will be returning to them for future cars.
I bought a BMW 650Xi from AJ. He was good an answering questions fast and never pushy. I had the car shipped which made me nervous with out ever seeing the car but the 10 return policy gave me the confidence to try. AJ was great in following up and when one of the tires was damaged and we missed it or in shipping he agreed to replace it. They really went above an beyond to make sure that the car meet expectations. There were a a couple small issues like a knob that didn't turn well that the original warranty covered but if it didn't I am confident they would have taken care of it
I worked with AJ and the Tricars team to buy a used Infinity Q50. Overall great experience. They replied to my inquiry within hours and the next day I was at the dealership and drove away with my new car. AJ made the whole process easy and quick. The cars at Tricars seem to be of great quality. I have had my car for a month now and have had no issues, they even had new tires on the car.
While working with Mr. Bouchard, an amazing, albeit almost unheard of thing transpired... Initially, WE decided maybe it was not the most opportune time for me to purchase a new vehicle and there was absolutely no pressure from Ron. For this reason, when I felt the time was right, I reached back out to him. It was my first time leasing a vehicle; however, he and Sandra Snyder (in Finance) handled me with kitten gloves... even with it being late in the evening and I was their last client, I never felt rushed. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed to make the best financial decisions. First class car deserves first class service, and that's what I always get at Mercedes. MB of Alexandria is no exception. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Service rep George Boatwright was polite, personable, and professional. We were called to approve necessary work and were informed of what was needed, cost and time to complete. Work was done on time and correctly. We couldn't pick the car up right away, but they let us keep the loaner car an extra day. Expensive, but you do get what you pay for.
