I upgraded from a 2013 base Ram to the Big Horn. The ride is great with plenty of legroom and I've really enjoyed the upgraded tech and comfort. A heated steering wheel is something that I never would have thought I needed. I do.

We purchased a Ram Laramie in Sept 2019 and we both love our pickup. My wife loves driving it more than anything we've had recently. It is like a luxury car inside and out. The comfort and quietness are astounding. All the features are mind boggling. Memory seats & fobs, auto wipers and high beams, heated and cooled seats, auto front and rear braking and the list goes on. The spaciousness is also like a limo. Our adult kids and spouses love riding with us. I tell people that I feel like I'm driving a Mercedes. The only very minor issue we've had were the wipers were chattering and the dealer replace them immediately and no issue since. My wife keeps telling me over and over that she doesn't regret us getting a pickup at all.

I've only had this truck for 2 days so I can't really comment on the reliability. It is comfortable and quite powerful; a real pleasure to drive.

This truck was the best. Unfortunately, I was hit in the front right at 60 plus MPH and totaled the truck. If not for the extensive air bag system I would have been seriously injured or, perhaps, lost my life. I thank the powers above that no one was in the vehicle with me. The truck rides real nice and handled like a champ. I will miss it.

This truck is absolutely gorgeous! It has everything I want in a truck (minus the diese motor). If this truck holds up, I will 100% be a returning RAM customer

Nice truck smooth ride for a full size truck. Nice lines plenty of power very roomie in the back seat for my kids. The front Is laid out nicely easy to get to everything.

This Laramie Longhorn has the nicest interior of any truck I've seen on the market. The most comfortable seats - it even has reclining rear seating! Tons of storage options. The console has more places to put stuff than I've seen on any other vehicle. There's even a vertically oriented smartphone holder - smart! I got a great price on it, but Ram keeps offering incentives which drives down the depreciated value a bit faster than I like. The 5.7L Hemi is strong but has horrible mileage even with an 8 gear transmission. Can I have power and mileage, please? My only frustration is with the radio setup. Rarely, but randomly, the radio or satellite cuts out and won't come back on even after restarting. The bluetooth has done this as well when I'm on a call. The dealer swapped it out for a new one recently. That situation did happen again but just once. Must be an electrical issue vs just the audio system itself.

Great truck when it ran. FOUR times it quit. The computer did not tell them anything so they would not do anything to try to fix it and neither would Fiat Ram. The service mgr. lied to us and corporate said the truck ran as designed. Designed to stop running anytime, anywhere until it decided otherwise. Until then you sat and waited and hoped you did not get hit. One year and thousands lost on junk. Sadly the problem is someone else's.

This vehicle is great for many reasons. It runs great, plenty of power, towing feels good and LOOKS fantastic. Its comfortable for many miles at a time. It does not feel heavy like the other trucks I've driven.
