Lemon
The truck is comfortable and stylish, if it ran, I bought it 1 month ago and driven it for 8 days, it falls under lemon law and I am in the process of getting the attorney involved, it started shutting down randomly on me after 200 miles, late to work, which I work in the ER and almost got into accidents because of it, it has been in the shop 21 days and nothing is found, ram care isn't helping much besides what they can do, and I was rejected for a buy back, If the truck ran I would love it but this has been handled poorly and I want a different truck now. ford or chevy the rams a good truck but when it is a lemon its handled horribly. I still don't have a new truck and still have not driven it since.

2019 Ram 1500 Limited is a GREAT truck!
This truck is like a luxury car. I love driving it. My family loves riding in it. It has the smoothest ride I have ever had in a truck. It has all of the bells and whistles you could want in any vehicle. 20+ mpg on the highway isn't too bad either.

Most Luxurious Truck
This truck is great for travel. Comfort is an understatement. Heated cooled seats are great. The radio system is top of the line. 19 speakers really rock. The interior is gorgeous.

Ram Customer Service SUCKS!
A copy of the letter I've sent to RAM 4 times only to be completely ignored... I purchased a truck from one of your dealers to tow a camper that I was going to purchase. The truck was loaded with trailer brake control and the giant mirrors. The dealer mentioned that Ram trucks with the Hemi can tow 11,340 LBS with no mention of gear ratios. The gear ratio issue came up when I went to purchase the camper only to find out that my truck was not build to tow more than 8,000 LBS (even though it has a "tow package") due the 3.21 gears that are installed in the truck instead of the 3.95 gears that should have been in the tow package. I contacted Ram customer care, they sent me to the dealer only to get two insane options (swap out the gears for a full retail price of $6,000 or trade the truck at a $18,000 loss). I've had the truck for less than 6 months with less than 10,000 miles. I went back to Ram customer care only to get "I'm sorry there's nothing we can do". The dealer took advantage of me, a single widow of a disabled veteran that is on a fixed income to sell a truck that was ordered/built in a way that made it unsalable. Nobody without plans of towing would buy a truck with those ridiculous mirrors and nobody that had plans of towing would buy a truck with the non-towing gear ratios. An unscrupulous RAM dealer took advantage of me and my only hope was with RAM corporate only for them to tell me to take a hike. RAM needs to step up and take care of this situation, swap out the gears or exchange the truck. Please forward this to the powers that be so this can be handled in a proper way.

For the money, you get much more
I have 2019 ram Laramie, and for the same price range of compation well Ram gives you more , like what? Rooming the back seats in a crew cab ATTENTION to detail , 8 speed transmission LEATHER safety features test drive all makes. And you will end up at a Ram dealer... Buying

New to me RAM
I made the decision to purchase a truck because of my changing needs as I get older. I looked at RAM, Ford and GMC. To be totally honest, they are all way to overpriced. Everything that had the options I wanted were at least $58k. The Ford was over $60k for the options I wanted. I liked the idea of an independent rear suspension and air ride. The RAM had the nicest interior with the best build quality. It is definitely a level above Ford and GMC. It definitely rides like a truck but with a level of refinement I am not used to. It's pretty close to the ride in my previous vehicle, an Acura. I cannot comment on the reliability yet as it's only been a week but I am pretty realistic and know every maker has quirks.

Getting To Know My Service Department Well
Beautiful truck but can't keep it out of the shop. So many issues that it has become a joke around my friends and family. I have driven 8 loaner vehicles in the first year of ownership. Wrong wheel sensor installed, outside mirror motor replaced, brake pads and rotors replaced, 12" infotainment screen replaced, wheel-well shroud replaced and A/C sensor replaced. Taking it in tomorrow because the climate control stopped working and still waiting on the 2nd set of brakes to come in to fix the noise issue. To add insult, my tires had to be replaced after only 23K miles (at my cost!). Unfortunately FCA has been very difficult to deal with, though my dealer has been good. I am concerned when the warranty runs out. Really regretting this purchase.

Only 2500 miles but Good so far
Love it mostly. Seating position needs a little work for exit and entry. Oil Filter location is bad for DIY. Rear Seats should be easily removed.

The technology and comfort are amazing for a truck
This truck has met all of my needs, hauling an 800 pound motorcycle in the bed to golf clubs. Comfort and styling are the best on the market with air-conditioning and heating in the back seats to the 12 inch vertical touchscreen infotainment center down to the very comfortable leather and stitching you can’t go wrong. I only have one grape and it’s the driver side retractable step which seems to still work intermittently, at the dealer has been very attentive to this ongoing issue.
