2019 RAM 1500 consumer reviews

Bought a 2019 Ram 2500 Limited 4x3 on 5/25/2020. love it! Pretty much has every safety/convenience feature that I could want and the ones I probably don’t need :-) to include the 12” screen! Smooth ride, powerful engine, awesome all around. Now for not so good news: Day 1: Dealership/Manufacturer: it was addressed immediately however it is still of concern - spent almost 65k and I expected better - detailing: the window had glue from the sticker, the inside did not seem to have been touched at all - they did offer a full detailing at my convenience. Windshield washer fluid was not topped off and I figured I should do a quick check - found that the passenger side wheel well plastic covering was not even bolted on - a few more miles it would have flown off! At the very least I would have thought someone would do a thorough quality/safety check.... Napleton Clermont dealership did fix it immediately. However it should not have been missed in my humble opinion. Day 2 - Ram Manufacturer: navigation and other Alerts and voice guidance seem to divert to one speaker on dashboard - hopefully this is just a one time deal and I will get a call soon and it will be resolved easily and quickly! Once again great vehicle an I love it. However more attention to detail, proper safety/quality checks before delivery should be adhered to. Also read that there are bugs with Uconnect-Hope they find perm fixes and not just reset and hope for the best!

I was in the process of driving 2000 to my next job and this vehicle performed as good as I could expect. When I purchased it I didn't realize it had the type rear end it had as it was set up for towing but it has performed well.

All around great looking comfortable vehicle will never by any other kind of truck I will be a dodge ram owner for life thanks to the great people at Jim shorkeys

The interior room and styling exceed that of any other truck. The exterior looks (Laramie Longhorn) are awesome. Performance, handling and gas mileage are great. I feel it's the best bang for the buck.

2019 RAM Laramie, best truck out there. GM and Ford are good, but RAM is great. Looks great, drives amazing. Would absolutely, 100% purchase again.

Ugly truck. Dodge makes the ugliest, Ford looks the coolest. Way too much money for an ugly truck. I wish I could find a way to sell them my design.

I bought the Ram limited and there is no other truck that can compare. If you have not test drove a Ram, do it, it will blow your truck bias out of the water!

Great so farfar. Only have 550 miles on it but really like the features and per of the diesel. Interior is awesome and tons of storage

I love this truck. I have owned it for over a year and it is wonderful. The style and looks are timeless and the performance I get from the truck is fantastic. You hit the gas pedal and the truck goes - goes fast!. I have only had to have the oil changed and tires rotated. Have had a recall on it, but was related to the radio and done by the dealership quickly.

Just picked up my used-new to me 2019 Ram 1500DT Quad Cab....wow, been shopping for one of these a while. With low mileage and equipped with some of the options I wanted, it’s wonderful. Great ride, lots of performance, creature comforts, tech equipped, glitz and functional options make this a great ride. This new to me truck was 2/3 the price of a new one, but shows like new. Don’t be afraid to buy you dream car during this unfamiliar time in our history. Just do your homework, know your budget, and be patient with all those you deal with. Spend some money and support your local businesses.
