Great value

My wife rented a 2019 Big Horn Classic on our vacation to Montana. We drove it up to Banff, Alberta and then Jasper. The truck roads super smooth and had plenty of power along the valley roads and up in the mountains. My wife found a used 2019 Big Horn 1500 Classic that was used by a rental company on line and we picked it up. It’s loaded with features: heated seats, steering wheel, 8.4” navigation screen, Car Play, parking sensors, chrome trim/wheels, sunroof and the 5.7 Ram Box. It listed at 52K and we got it for 30K. We are both really happy to be out of the Jeep JKU; it was fun and set up to tow, with my a Rhino roof rack and bikes. I now have a place for all my gear thanks to the Rambox. We have room for the kids, groceries, packs, bags and it’s very quiet driving. I ’ve loaded the bed up with building materials. We added running boards, window tint, tonnaeu cover and set to powder coat the wheels satin black. My father has a 2016 Tundra and his truck is no match for the RAM’s horse power, towing capability, comfort and gas mileage.

Love my New Truck

So far, it has been awesome....it's only been a day....haha!! But, yes....it's great thus far! My first Dodge (Ram) and I think I made a great decision!

Chrysler continues to suffer with quality control

I bought the 2019 Ram 1500 Classic because the rebates and discounts were so generous making it a bargain. Once I got it home the elation began to wane quickly. The paint job had several odd dull areas the size of gold xxxxx so I had to buy wax and get to work immediately. Upon closer inspection I found many more flaws in the paint including hard pieces and bumps (I have the diamond black crystal). This truck was manufactured just 6 weeks before I drove it off the lot. What gets me is Chrysler has the nerve to charge extra for any color other than white and then serves you up a defective paint job. The truck comes with a spray in bed liner standard but Chrysler adds insult to injury by charging an extra $1,295 for the chrome package which for some strange reason deletes the bed liner. So now I have to go and pay someone more money to do it. The ride is somewhat mushy and bouncy, I would have preferred a more controlled experience. The interior is dated and with a sticker price of nearly $35,000 it doesn't even have a satellite radio. The huge center armrest jiggles and rattles too much. I have great concerns about the reliability over the long run. Hopefully I didn't make a mistake.

Worst brand new truck ever purchased!

This truck is nothing but junk from the day I drove it off the lot. Avoid all Dodge products! Bad axels on the first truck and now on the second nothing lines up on the exterior of the truck!

Happy in my Ram

My Ram is fun to drive, gets better than I hoped for fuel mileage and gets lots of complements. For and finish is very nice even on the tradesman . This Ram came to me new and at a value no one else could come close to.

Love my Ram!

First Ram I have ever owned and I am in total love with the truck. Has tons of room inside and is a major powerhouse with the 5.7 Hemi!
