2016 Subaru Crosstrek consumer reviews

I bought this car after a very snowy winter in the Northeast. It's my first SUV and I am very happy with it. The visibility and clearance is excellent and all wheel drive is a plus. I have to admit that the style was also a major factor as this is a very cool looking car. On the downside, the power is a bit underwhelming. I don't have a problem merging on a highway but the pickup is a little slow.

If you venture into the great outdoors this car is for you!! Subaru AWD will get you in and most importantly get you out of most places! You will love this car!

Solid smaller SUV with good resale. This vehicle has all the necessities without a whole lot of extras. Its a reliable vehicle that gets good gas mileage.

More room in my garage with less truck & interior storage. Without using the roof rack or adding a tow option, camping supplies for 2 (or pet baby carriers) would be a tight fit.

I purchase my 2016 Subaru CrossTrek a little over a month ago. So far I love it! I love the styling and features. The car also has a nice smooth ride and a little more ground clearance compared to a standard sedan. I really don't have anything negative to say about it! The only slight negative is it seems a little bit underpowered. It takes a little longer to pick up if you need to accelerate quickly, but once it does, it reaches speed quickly. This is a minor thing for me. Overall for the price, I think it is great, reliable car that looks great too! I love my CrossTrek!

Absolutely love this car. It's a little underpowered but I knew that buying it. I didn't buy it for speed. I take it off roading, and use it as my daily. I feel incredibly safe knowing I drive a Subaru and the car's "eyesight" safety features has saved me from a few accidents where cars have cut me off and I had very little time to stop. I live in florida so AWD isn't really necessary but it's a nice addition to have. I feel even more safe now when I drive in the rain. The car is very reliable and holds its value very well. I love supporting Subaru. The brand itself fits my lifestyle perfectly. I couldn't ask for a better car.

I owned 2016 Subaru Crosstrek for almost 3 years. I got it new, and was unhappy with it from day one. The car is not powerful, not stable on the road. I felt unsafe in every road turn. I decided not to keep this car any longer and replaced it this year. What a difference.... I wish I would decide to replace it earlier. Just for information, I owned many auto brands in the past - Toyota, Honda, Chevy, Dodge, BMW. Subaru was the worse of all, I would not recommend this car.

The Subaru Crosstrek is a very versatile vehicle, it does everything I needed it for. Added a tow package was the best decision. My only complaint is that the engine is a little week driving through the mountains, day to day driving it is fine.

This car is exactly what I was looking for. AWD, hatchback, versatile, good on gas and Subaru's are well-known for their reliability. I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

Comfortable, Stylish and above all SAFE to drive. Four wheel drive handles great in inclement weather! Highly recommend this car! First Subaru I've ever owned and will not be my last.
