2019 Subaru Forester consumer reviews

Bought this car perfect time before winter storm hit, it was really reliable in the snow especially where I live it’s a hill it had no problem going up and didn’t even need to use the xmode. It’s a great car and I’m happy with the purchase.

This is our third Forester so we know our cars. We have never had a problem with any of them. Very well built. In the area we live snow is sometimes a problem but our Foresters have always gotten us through the snow even when other cars fail. Excellent cars, good gas mileage, very low maintenance. Five stars all around.

This car definately meets our family needs. It is reasonably price, comfortable to drive, and it is great on fuel. We will enjoy this car for our summer vacation coming up in a couple of months.

This car replaced a 2017 Subaru Forester. I like the 2019 a lot better than the 2017. The CVT in the 2019 is a lot smoother than in the 2017. The style changed as well as the dimensions - a little bigger. So far very happy.

I've had many vehicles over my 76 yrs, and I haven't had a better overall vehicle. It rides and handles great, high ground clearance which adds to its value of getting around the snow in MN, dealership is terrific, great safety/driving features, navigation system/using the screen is easy and straightforward, etc etc

A difficult choice between Honda CRV & Subaru Forester. Honda more refined, higher end feeling. Subaru Forester more utilitarian & slightly better handling is way I made this choice. Technology is mind blowing.

This vehicle has twin cameras mounted in the windows that focus on traffic in front of it. The vehicle will stop short of running into a stopped vehicle, and the rear camera and radar will do the same thing while the car is in reverse. The cruise control uses the twin cameras to maintain a selected distance behind the car if front and if the car in front is slower than the speed set in the cruise operation, the vehicle will slow down and maintain the specified distance behind that vehicle. If the target vehicle speeds up past the set cruise setting the vehicle will only speed up to the set speed.
