Great vehicle.

I thought this vehicle was a great car for the value. It drives well, and has great "get up and go." It's a great family vehicle, and has plenty of cargo space for all of the gear hauling you do as a parent or active person!

Test drive of an outback

Great potential vehicle unless you have very tall people. The vehicle lacked leg room in the second seat if the driver seat is all the way back. The lane assist feature is great along with the four wheel drive system. I looked carefully at purchasing this car until we hit the leg room issue.

Meets all of our needs

We have wanted an Outback for several years and finally bought one. We had a Legacy and loved it but wanted more room and towing capacity. Love how it handles in the snow.

Very Good Car ! - Some Issues

Very happy with this car mainly because I have 6 cyl. version. Therefore no issues with acceleration. 10 way power driver seat, V6 power when I need it, Lots of safety features such as lane departure warning, low speed front and reverse crash warning. Blind spot detection warning. AWD system does have some jerky shifting at low speeds. Nav/Info/Entertaintment screen sometimes goes blank. But overall, very happy with this car. It is the top trim, so Im not sure I would feel the same with the lower trims.

Love my Outback!

My Outback is very comfortable and convenient, and has all the bells and whistles I need. It is very reliable and goes through all kinds of weather. The drive is quiet and smooth, and my 2 golden retrievers fit in the back.

Took a licking and kept on ticking

6 months after purchasing my Outback, I was involved in a serious accident. It did it’s job protecting me and my 4 legged passenger. It is my tank, and I love the AWD. I work in rural Home Health care and I have yet to get stuck or stranded where others have been. I love the space of the hatchback as I travel for a living.

I love my Subaru

This car is more than I expected. It has a fun, smooth ride.has plenty of ports for my electronics, bluetooth, sirius accessibility. Gas mileage much better than my previous vehicle. I usually have buyers remorse, but not with this car. LOVE IT.

First 6500 Miles and Counting

The 2018 Outback 4-cyl. Limited has been excellent so far. Power is adequate, the safety features work well, handling is good, and the ride is comfortable and quiet. The motor growls, unlike the smooth-humming Honda 4-cylinder motors I'm used to, but it's ok. It does take about six times as long as the Hondas to reach normal operating temperature, however. Interior is pleasant. There are distracting reflections in the outside mirrors (especially on the driver's side) of silver trim around dashboard air vents, and the inside rear-view mirror is too low because of the "Eyesight" equipment, obstructing the driver's view to the right. Both of these problems appear to be easily remedied in future redesigns.

safest car I have owned.

This car has more safety features than any car I have ever owned. It is comfortable, solid, and very roomy. The pickup is good but it could have a little more power. Interior is beautiful, however some pieces are plastic and one item has already broken , with only 3,000 miles and very light usage on our vehicle.
