2007 Toyota Camry consumer reviews

Handles better than my 05 XLE w/v6. drivers seat has more leg room and better adjustments. paid a lot less for such a road worthy car. miss the onboard computer for mileage and miles travelled. more rear seat room too. average 24 mpg in the city. highway miles per gallon about 28, speed limit on most hiways is 65/75 mph. probable could get closer to 31 if I stayed at 60/65.

This is my first car. I am all exicited. but after driving it for 10months now, I think I might have compromised. With 8000 miles and mostly in city drive, gas mileage is 25mpg [which is what promised]. [LE V4 2007] The biggest trouble is the hesitation to start from the traffic signal or a sudden stop. This is ridiculous situation. I feel I was in a bad shape that my car is slow to react... on-lookers think I am in brand new camry and expect to rush rather than to see me crawl at the traffic signal.. [They might think I was a bad driver ?] The other trouble comes with the strange noices that come from the dashboard area. The sounds are very small creeks, just like others are complaining.. could be the plastic joints... I hope they dont sound heavy before I sell it off in 2 years. I feel there is no power in V4, I should have gone for the V6. But, My next car will NOT be camry..

2007 Camry XLE, V-6. Its a nice ride. Plenty of room front and back. Powerful V-6. Handles well. Drove 695 miles and got above the EPA test. Nice features inside. I think it rated in the top 5. Toyota goes a very good job. I also like the smooth ride and quietness it offers. Good sound system. My advise buy the car if you get the chance you wont go wrong. I have 2 Toyota vehicles. Have for along time You wont go back if you buy one.

I bought my 2002 used with 24,000 miles back in 2003. This car has been great. I do a lot of highway driving and now have over 120K miles on the car. I have not had to replace one major thing. My car has never broken down or given me any sort of trouble. It just keeps going and going. In fact the car drives just as quiet and smooth as it did when I first bought it. I love my Camry and after this awesome experience will never even consider buying from any other Brand. I look forward to buying the new model in the near future.

This is the best car ever. i've owned cars in the past that were just ewwwwwwww!!!!! Some cars may have good MPG's but their engines lags power. But the camry has good engine power, it's pretty strong and get's really good gas miles especially with gas prices going up. It's really confortable too, good for road trips. This car is the best so if your looking for a smooth riding, confortable, spacious, and relaible car, this is the car you will want to get.

My Toyota Camry has a major problem with hesitating far to long before accelerating. It is a MAJOR safety issue if driving in heavy traffic!!!!

I thought when I bought a Toyota that I would be getting the cream of the crop. Well little did I know, what I got was a lemon. The 2007 Camry is a big disappointment. The hesitation in this car is so bad that I have to wait until all traffic has come through before I pull out. I hope Toyota can correct this problem.

Well I thought that when I went to this website that I was going to hear only good things about the Motor Trend car of the year. I thought that i was the smartest person for buying this car. It is my first brand new car, so of cuorse I was excited. However.......I now have 8,000 miles on it and it makes strange noises from the shifter, like a rattle. Kind of like what has been said from other consumers. Also, when it rains and you open the door water gets inside the car. I traded in a 99 camry with 100k and thought it was a good deal to buy a new one. Now I feel like I should have waied for the bugs to be worked out. I am going to be really mad if this car ends up being a chrysler in someones yard.

Very smooth, no problems, upgrade in styling over the previous Camrys. Only slight negative is in the steering/handling which is slightly soft...but this depends on your tastes. After all, it's not a sports car.

I'm a prior Camry 04 owner and I never had a problem with the vehicle. I decided to purchase the 07 and the car is terrible.....Transmission lags big time which is a very big safety issue, especially when switching lanes in the highway. Dealership did a calibration which really didn't do much. They say the car drives normal, which I totally disagree with (big time). Stay away from this car if you love your family and safety is a concern. BIG TIME OVERRARTED!!!!!!!!!
