2009 Toyota Camry consumer reviews

I bought a 2008 LE with the V-6 engine a year ago. My last car was a 93 Camry with the 2.2 l 4 banger. I really like the power of the V-6. After 5,000 miles the engine has loosened up and now I get 27 mpg cruising at 75 mph. In town more like 23-24. Comfy and bigger inside than my wife's 2009 Volvo S-80. I only wish I would have insisted on a better set of tires during the purchase negotiations. Quiet, reliable, safe, fast, and economical. Nuff said

Bought this car three months ago. My wife drives it mostly. I am very impressed by its smoothness and fuel economy, yes, fuel economy: because she drives mostly on highways, the car does an impressive average of 30MPG. The car steering is a little bit stiff, there is no seat heater and a few other niceties that come in a luxury car, for instance a MBenz E320, but, the Camry is not a luxury vehicle and besides, at 268 HP, it is a master in its class. From outside, I think it is the best Camry ever made!

The Camry's SE styling along with the 6 spd auto shifter V6 is just fantastic. The slightly stiffer suspension on the SE feels like I'm in a performance sedan. The Bluetooth phone system works so well. Never thought that I would give up my SUV, but one drive and I was hooked. Most of my driving is city and I am averaging 24 MPG after the second month of ownership.

i just bought this car today and by just driving it home i love it. one thing that i love most about my toyota camry is the i drove 51.4 miles and the needle didn't move off of the full mark. i love the navigation, very easy to use. huge back seat. great trunk space.
