third camry and the most reliable car I owned

I still return to camry,my third. It is comfortable economical on long trips and this current model is a money save with it's longer time now needed between services.

The epitome of a good car

Bought this car to get out of my big truck and lower my car payments. I was commuting 45 miles to work every day, and my truck was getting maybe 11 mpg. The camry was a huge change, but it was a good car. I owned it for a little over a year and moved to a SUV for family reasons. (plus my commute changed to 9 miles) I averaged well over 30MPG with the camry, and it was really reliable, but I never felt "safe" in it due to its size and what it seemed to be made out of.

Extremely reliable car.

After owning this car for 4 years and 80,000 miles, I have to say it's a great car for getting from A-B. It gets 30mpg, has traction control, cruise control, a sport mode, Bluetooth connectivity, steering wheel controls, and that's just in the LE. Its front wheel drive, on 16's, and has a 6 speed automatic transmission. In auto mode it's perfect, smooth ride, switches gears fast, manual mode is a little slow and jerky depending on the gear, but runs just fine. You're able to get to 35 in first gear and 60 in second gear before redlining. Stylewise, its one of the better looking generations, but its not definitely not perfect. It still has that boring Toyota feel that all of their cars have...unless you have a Supra or an MR2. Its extremely reliable, we've had 0 problems with it so far. The infotainment, while amazing to have is a little slow and unresponsive. They improved upon that in the 2015 model with the new redesign, even including backup cameras and a texting feature. The car has depreciated a little. Brand new it cost just shy of 20k, trade in value in perfect condition is 11,000 so 8k in a little under 4 years. If you're looking for something that gets you from A-B with great fuel economy and you're not worried about performance or style, the Camry is a great car. Doesn't matter the year, they're all extremely reliable. If you do care about performance and style as well, I would recommend something like a used Chevy SS or used Dodge Charger.

Smooth rider

I owned the car for two years. Good gas mileage, quiet and smooth cabin ride, nice features, and outer exterior. Downsides were poor HVAC system and brake system.

Toyota Camry

My vehicle is a 2013 Camry sports edition model that looks great drives good has lots of room legroom nice interior only complaint I would have is this model does not have the Touch button remote start which I sorely miss and the gas mileage won't meet the Nissan Altima. If I had a choice I would stick with the Nissan Altima 2.5 liter that I previously owned.
