latest safety feature
I purchased this car for the safety features: automatic emergency braking, rear cross traffic warning, adaptive cruise control, brake assist, many airbags. So far I am impressed.

Speak car
Love the car! Stylish, lots of leg room. I’m 6ft 5- that’s important. Can’t wait to take this bad boy across country. Stylish rims. Beautiful backup camera.

Drives good.
The ride is great. Love the interior and exterior of the car. My only problem is the entertainment sucks. It is limited and very hard to understand the prompts for setup. It could use a major upgrade with the info-tainment or whatever it is called. But it is not impressive. Otherwise, the car is great. :)

Can't Wait to Trade In this Car!
Moving from a 2015 Camry to the redesigned 2018 Camry has been a huge disappointment. I have had this vehicle for a year now and still hate it. Leg room has significantly decreased, steering wheel controls for phone/radio use have shrunk and are awkward to use, and there is only 1 (yes, in 2018, only 1) charging port located under the dash and inconvenient to access. The engine is bipolar...you either lag on take off or shoot forward like a jet plane. There is no in between. Road noise is loud and hard to ignore. When closing the doors, it sounds like the car is hollow and made entirely of plastic. The doors also hold moisture so that 2 days after rain, if you roll the window down and then back up it will appear that it is currently raining. Overall, a big disappointment with this "upgrade." I would gladly go back to my 2015. I have 2 years left on this lease, and it can't go by quickly enough.

Leather Interior problems
I’ve had my 2018 Camry for exactly 1 year and noticed a large white spot on the back of the passenger seat and later 2 more smaller spots on the bench seat. Called the dealership had it inspected and made a claim. The dealership never called me back after a month I finally called and was told my claim was denied. That the “photos” showed that it appeared I had put a chemical on the material. Which I have only ever used water and a wash cloth to clean my interior.

Good car with questions I have
Bought a new Camry SE 2018, overall very good car, previously had a Fusion and I find they are the same, actually like the Fusion a little more because of the following issues that I have 1. Serious condensation problem during our very cold Montreal winters, all windows become very foggy if temp is set below 30C even with AC on, gets hot as heck in the car, then lowering the temp gradually only to see some condensation return, seems I need to live with this, had 8 previous vehicules, Fusions, accords, never had this issue 2. Camry 2018 comes with Entune system for navigation , don't like it, the accuracy is not there, hard to follow and not precise enough if on a busy highway with multiple exits Now the 2019 has Apple play but from what I can see not the 2018 If I had to make the choice again, it probably wouldn't be Camry for the above reasons only.

Very Disappointed! My 2017 XSE Was A Much Better C
My household has owned five Camrys since 1994 - we love the vehicles. Our best one to date was a 2017 Camry XSE V6 - stylish, comfortable, responsive and felt sporty/zippy. Unfortunately, it was totaled recently. I replaced with what I thought was the same car but one year newer - 2018 XSE V6. The difference is beyond a disappointment. The price has since increased by about 30% which includes many tech and safety upgrades. I find the car to be much "heavier" - lacking the zip and responsiveness of the 2017. This is also a drain on fuel consumption. The vehicle sticker notes an MPG of 22/32 averaging 26. Even in economy mode, I am only getting 20-22. Initial acceleration is hesitant which also contributes to over-consumption. The interior is comfortable - to a point. Being a smaller male, I have to struggle with the weight and sweep of the driver's door (leaning well outside the interior just to shut the door) and never feel quite comfortable in an over-consuming seat. Suffice to say, since I can directly compare the exact same models from 2017 and 2018, I would gladly trade-in this version for the much more "Camry-like" 2017.
