2019 Toyota Camry consumer reviews

my wife loves this car.camry has always met the highest value and long term service of a vehicle for every day use.very well built cars.

I leased a 2019 Toyota Camry XSE 4-cylinder in August 2019 and I am so far happy with it. I wanted the XSE with the JBL Sound and Navigation but with the 4-cylinder engine. Before leasing this vehicle I had a 2016 VW Passat SEL 1.8L T which had the Fender audio. The Camry XSE is definitely sportier than the Passat although I do feel the Passat was more solidly constructed...heavier doors, more luxurious cabin, more interior space. Perhaps because this is the sport, the ride is also stiffer than my Passat which was very cushy, but the ride is still goos considering the size of the wheels (19") and low profile tires. Interior noise is an area where I think the Camry does fall short, with most of the noise coming from the engine under acceleration. Wind noise is not particularly remarkable for this class of vehicle, and tire noise is reasonable, but the engine is noisy. The JBL audio is good, and I listen to a lot of music. Very glad that one can still get a cd player in the Camry...indeed, it is one of the reasons the new Accords were never an option for me as I have many cds that I listen to and I have never subscribed to a streaming service. The seats are firm and supportive, but I have done two three hour trips and I did not get tired of them or experience any numbness in my leg which sometimes happen. There is adequate room in the driver's seat for me at 6'2" tall, although perhaps less leg room than the Passat. I love the Panoramic moonroof and have made good use of it with these remaining warm nights here in NC.

I love it’s sporty look, had to have it in white. I’m so in love with my car. It drives great, handles beautifully. There’s plenty of trunk space.

I love the car so far, the outside looks really nice, the interior is really comfortable and it has a lot of space, smooth drive!

Smoothie riding.. fuel mileage is excellent.. comfortable.. very stylish.. love the touch screens..usb port of cigarette lighter charger option which I don’t smoke in this car.. back up camera is awesome..when it stops cruise if your writhing atleast one car length.. also the way it alerts me when I cross the line without signaling..

This car meets all my need it is excellent on gas it is reliable it fits my whole family and the vehicle drives very well. I would recommend it to anyone

Traded a 2015 Honda Accord for this Camry XSE. Its a beautiful sporty car. I was disappointed in the lack of a decent trip computer, It makes it difficult to measure your running MPG each time you drive it. I was VERY impressed with the POWER of the 4 cyl engine. The 201 HP engine really kicks. Has a nice HUD that I like. Overall, I like it, but wish i had taken a closer look and comparison to the new Accords.

I was excited to purchase a brand new Toyota but just one week into driving it I started hearing loud noises coming from the entire car I took it to the dealership where they had it for 2 weeks and they could not fix the problem. This is ridiculous I’m extremely disappointed no customer should be treated like this.

I previously owned a 2010 Camry SE. Loved that car, don't love my 2019 Camry SE. The best features are it's looks and gas mileage. Everything else is disappointing. The car is very overpriced for what it is. Parts are cheap, tires are crappy, paint seems to get a new chip in it every week. And let's not even mention the hesitation in exceleration. This is the 4th Toyota I've owned, by far the most expensive, but definitely the most disappointing.
