Highlander

The Toyota Highlander checked all the boxes in my bucket list for a vehicle. Heated leather seats, sunroof, storage for my lipstick, lots of cargo room with the seat down. It even has heated windshield wipers!

Comfortable, Safe, Reliable Transportation

I am impressed with the safety features, ride and comfort of this vehicle. Except for a few interior rattles there have been no issues with the Highlander. Fuel economy is between 17 and 19 mpg. A power mode can be selected for towing , it works well when pulling heavy loads up hills.

Very reliable car! I LOVE it!

I absolutely love my 2017 Toyota Highlander! Drives so amazing, feels like you’re on a cloud! Being a new parent all the safety features are amazing and can put me at peace of mind while we’re on the road!

Perfect balance between form and function

Test drove all used mid size SUV’s with a 3rd row (including the MDX, QX60, CX-9) and the Highlander was the winner for us. Our 2017 Limited trim is Pearl White w/ tan interior and is loaded with all the goodies. It’s my wife’s daily kid hauler but the front seat room is awesome for me (I’m 6’3”). The only con for this vehicle is no Apple Car play which should be almost standard for this year vehicle or newer.

All my Toyota's have been reliable

This car meets all my needs. It is the perfect vehicle for me and my family. I've always wanted an SUV, I've always driven a Toyota.

Great SUV

This is my first Toyota and I have only had it a couple of weeks. I love the performance of the vehicle, esp the engine. Such a smooth, solid, strong quiet ride too. I expect it to last for 200,000 miles with routine maintenance.

Enjoying this so far!

We just upgraded our 2005 Toyota Sienna for a 2017 Toyota Highlander. We were already big fans of Toyota. (My husband has a Toyota truck.) I love having an SUV and am enjoying some of the high tech features that we haven’t had before. The 3rd row leaves a lot to be desired, but we’ll only use it if transporting friends of our kids. Otherwise, there’s plenty of room for this family of four. I’m sure it’ll be good for at least 200,000 miles, which is what we typically put on a car.

Disappointed

Has rattles and ill fitting parts. The steering column creaks when making let turns. This is my first Toyota, and probably my last. Not any better than my Hyundai Veracruz and more expensive.

VERY COMFORTABLE, INTELLIGENT, GREAT TO DRIVE!

1st time Toyota owner of the Highlander, Ltd, Platinum, purchased as Certified Pre-Owned/gently used, 2017. Vehicle is showroom condition, very quiet, and rides like a cloud. All the 'intelligent computer features are a bit overwhelming at first, but once understood, make this a great driving experience. Love the Panoramic Moonroof, Heated/cooled leather seats, heated steering wheel, great storage, comfy seats, and all the technology features. Cant wait to see how it tows our boat! As a 1st time Toyota owner (previously owned big Chevy 4x4 trucks), highly impressed with the vehicle quality, the dealership professionalism, and all the emails from Toyota introducing the vehicle, and everything we'd need to know about it.
