Do not recommend Scott Clark Toyota in Stallings,
2019 RAV4 hybrid Limited, LOVE the car. Do not recommend Scott Clark Toyota in Stallings,NC We bought this SUV on May 28, 2019 from Scoot Clark Toyota In Stallings, NC. They needed to “find” a RAV4 to match our request and called us later that week at our home near Myrtle Beach, SC. Salesman Cannon Baker said they would deliver it to our home and pick up our trade in and would review the features and hook up our iPhones. The man that delivered our RAV4 on June 4; changed the license plates and left. When I asked him if he was going to review the vehicle with us and hook up our phones, he replied “I don’t know how.” Then he left. We called Cannon at the dealership and he said he would have someone call us to help us. A girl did call back about 2 hours later and told us to take it to a dealership near us. We called back and left a message for Cannon to call us but did not hear back from him. We called again Wednesday and left another message for Cannon but did not hear back from him. Later Wednesday we called Sparks Toyota in Conway, SC and asked if they could help and she said just bring the car in and they would be happy to help. On Thursday we took the car to Sparks Toyota and met with Rick Titus, a sales consultant who spend the next 45 minutes reviewing the vehicle and connecting our iPhones. Rick did an excellent job! We still have not heard from Cannon or anyone connected with Scott Clark Toyota. We had told Cannon we did not want green, black or white interior or exterior. He asked what color we wanted and told him gray or silver interior and exterior. He said the vehicle they found was gray exterior with “ash” interior, when we asked what color that was he said light gray, which was fine. It turned out to be a small strip of light gray on the dashboard and down the middle of the seats and the majority is black. Was also told that the vehicle had heated seats as well as cooled seats and 19 inch tires but we ended up with only heated seats and 18 inch tires. The vehicle also had 755 miles on it, that’s a lot of miles for a new vehicle. Also we were told the vehicle was coming from Wilmington, NC when in fact it came from Statesville, NC , only 5 miles from Scott Clark Toyota. NOT HAPPY CUSTOMERS!!!!! Would not recommend them!!!

Love it.
Love it. Gets over 40 mpg. Smooth ride. Nice color and look. Hybrid is quiet and good for the environment. This is my second rav4 hybrid and it improves in safety and performance.

2019 RAV4 Groans like a 14 year old vehicle
My 2019 RAV vehicle makes pretty loud groaning noise when turning accelerating or rolling over bumps at slow speeds. Toyota says they are waiting for a transfer case fix after lubing areas. Mine sounds like a suspension issue, possibly left front quarter. Very disappointing. Apparently all wheel drive vehicles can have issue. Won’t recommend until fixed.

great successor to my previous Rav4
The Hybrid option on this vehicle is a no-brainer. Better performance, better mileage (by a lot), and much quieter than gasoline engine model. The cost for this option is not excessive given the benefits.

Great car with plenty of acceleration
I like the Rav4 hybrid a lot. I get about 36 mpg around town and on the highway. It is hilly here in both types of driving. The electric steering takes a little getting used to on the highway. The A/C and visibility is excellent as well as all the Toyota safety stuff: lane warning and rear cross traffic while backing up. Great backup camera. All and all the 2019 Rav4 Hybrid is impressive.

So glad I purchased this
Wanted a SUV with AWD and hybrid for better MPG. The RAV4 hybrid Limited (loaded with tech and weather packages) exceeds my expectations. Getting 40 MPG on 87 octane, comfortable, quick, and looks great. Was thinking about the CX-5, but gas mileage was important and Rav is exceedingly better. Road noise not an issue for me. Some state it is, but maybe that’s on the gas only version.

Love our blizzard XSE
Our XSE exceeds expectations. Others covered the comfort and mileage and I concur. Put 1300 miles on it, all easy and fun for driver and passengers. Held out for the technology package to get the automatic rear braking. Paid for itself when a vehicle veered behind me as I backed out. The auto braking was amazing. I also got the weather package. The heated steering wheel alone is ideal as I have Raynauds and my fingers get cold. I’m looking forward to winter, a first! The only issue, and it is common with these hybrids per forums I’m viewing, is it is a challenge to fill. I am unable to put more than 9.8 gallons on empty. The capacity is 14.5? The gas pumps we have tried all click off quickly. We can get a little more into our tank by holding the nozzle but that is annoying and still doesn’t allow us to fill fully. Ours was manufactured in Japan in April ‘19. This is ridiculous for a new car. We tried pumps in Oregon (by attendants) and California (self pump). I’m going to take ours in to a service advisor to document this. That nuisance aside, a fabulous ride.

Just what I wanted it to be!
I couldn't wait for this vehicle to come on the market. This is my third Toyota hybrid (Prius, Camry, and now the RAV-4). I've only had it a few weeks, but it is perfect for me -- and I'm averaging about 40-41 mpg. It's also fun to drive.

Great vehicle
The best ride I’ve had in a car and it handles beautifully. Great turn ratio. if did it again, would get a higher trim level to get keyless function and a garage door opener. These are the only things I miss. Has great functional choices. AWD and mag wheels.
