2019 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid consumer reviews

This was a great purchase for me. I love how spacious and comfortable the RAV4 is - both the front and back seats have plenty of leg and elbow room, and the trunk is truly huge! I love that this is a hybrid and yet a pretty big car. So far, despite it's size, the majority of the time I am driving at 60mpg despite the average of ~35 that was advertised. Very Eco friendly! In addition, I simply love the design - it's got a very sleek and bold look. Definitely worth it!

The car is great but the sales and service team at Toyota of Runnemede is absolutely terrible. Purchase rav 4 in November 2019 still waiting for $64.00 that I was promised

The RAV4 Hybrid is a great car. People ask me about it all the time because of it’s great style and how quiet it is! Great gas mileage. Comfortable ride.

I cannot wait to buy one. Currently I own a 2010 Prius which has been well loved. It feels good to be higher up off the ground, when I get into my Prius I feel like I'm driving a go-kart! The Hybrid is unbelievably quiet and smooth!

Too many "things" to figure out ... no CD player...BIG PROBLEM The 14.5 gallon gas tank only holds 8 gallons. Toyota HAD to know this was a problem but didn't tell the buyer. I will never buy a Toyota again.I've lost trust in Toyota name.

Too many things to figure out on this car...no CD player.. BIG PROBLEM..My gas tank will take only 8 gallons even though it is a 14.5 gas tank. THAT IS A HUGE PROBLEM and Toyota HAD to have known this was a problem. I don't Toyota anymore!

I never owned an all-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive vehicle before because they used a lot. And necessary to waste fuel For many years. I was critical of the technology itself. But you know what Toyota Has done the best that anybody can do on the four-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive technology. That's why I own one. Love it. Three nights after I bought it. I didn't even know what I found out that according. Car and driver and some other magazines is the best technology right now in the world. and the most affordable SUV Actually you get a lot for the price.

Owner of an XSE for 6 months. Really nice SUV, AWD system is amazing in snowy/icy roads. MPG even when colder is 35, when it was warmer 40+! Car is tight, handles and drives nice, seats are firm but well designed and comfortable, fantastic headlights. Road noise could be better? No passenger seat lumbar adjustment, fuel tank reserve is large but consistent with previous Toyota’s. Kinda pricey? But No regrets!

For the most part, I love my Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. However, the computer is TERRIBLE. I only half-jokingly refer to it as utilizing Commodore 64 technology. GPS, entertainment, and hands-free phone functions constantly malfunction. If the computer matters to you, then you will not like this otherwise great car.

We have driven Honda CRV’s for years. We have friends that swear by their RAV4 so thought we would test drive a RAV4. The RAV4 was a smoother ride and actually had more premium options for the price.
