Toyota True Believer
Bought a 2010 5.7L Crewmax RS5 new two months ago. Put on 3000 miles commuting and short trips so far. The wife and I couldn't be happier with our Tundra. Looks great, runs smooth and fast, no complaints or issues. Love the powerful engine. Didn't get the TRD suspension because it felt choppy on our test drive, prefer the standard setup. Interior may look plain compared to others, but it is roomy, comfortable, and has lots of bells and whistles. Got the dealer to add heated and cooled leather seats, very happy with them. Love the Bluetooth hands-free and satellite radio. Plenty of storage inside, and the back seat is like a limo. My wife likes the roll-down rear window and sunroof. Truck sits very high, step bars might be a good idea. Average 16.5 mpg on regular unleaded, 13 mpg on E85. Looking forward to higher highway mileage on a driving vacation next month. My "dirty car" is a 1995 Tacoma with 260K miles. Still runs straight and strong. I am a Toyota true-believer and I am not worried about the recent recalls.

Impressed
My wife and I actually have two 2010 4x4 Tundra's with the amazing 5.7l V8. They are a pleasure to drive, and having a vehicle you really like adds a little something to your day. As far as I know, there are no domestic pickups that have a cab filter, as does the Toyota, and maybe the Nissan. Why would the other manufacturers want their customers to be driving something with the HVAC systems full of dirt, pollen, and anything else that's in the air? Something to think about, especially for those with allergies and asthma. And if the customer doesn't want to replace the filter every year or so......just leave it out.......just like Dodge, GM and Ford did.

Great Truck
I've owned my Tundra 4x4 5.7 double cab for 2 months now and I have been inpressed so far. Drives very smooth and gets better gas milage than I expected (16.5 average). Lots of power and I love the 6 speed AT on the open highway. I

Keeper
I am a long-time Toyota owner and the Tundra seems to be a great purchase that we intend to keep for a long time. Great amount power and not bad mileage. Very comfortable to drive. Leather seats are already showing wear or staining from our clothing.

Tundra Overated
The Tundra is an okay pick up but nowhere close to the F150's I have owned. I am really concerned about the gas pedal issue. I also have heard several issues with the tailgates falling apart because they are held together with adhesive instead of welding. The porpising issue when you reach 65MPH is also a real downer. You hear a lot of good things about these truck. What a shame the vehicle just does not live up to its reputation.

Great Truck
This is very comfortable for a big truck. I didn't think I'd like the leather seats, but they add to the comfort. I bought it to pull my camper and I haven't been disappointed - it has a lot of power. The back seat is very roomy - a crew cab wouldn't give you much more and would take a foot off the bed. Gas mileage is bad, but that's the trade off for a bigger engine.

Hold on
I just selected the 2010 Tundra crew 4X4 SR5 TRD over a F150 and a never again GM product. My Tundra has all the exambles of Toyota Quality with the solid feel of a real truck. I have been averaging 19 - 21 MPG on the highway at 70 mph and 16/17 in town. Step on it hard and I have a truck faster tha my nephews Mustang GT, drive it through a canyon and drift with the best. Power, speed and great handling. Our first snow was 12 inches and the Tundra never skipped a beat. If you say jump, this Toyota will ask "how high"?

best truck ever!
This truck is great I've had it for a month now and it is rock solid. I have a double cab with a 4.6 v8, the power & fuel economy is incredible. If you are looking for a great truck look no further!
