I love this truck.

It is a great truck but sadly the transmission is giving issues at just over 100 thousand kms...60 thousand miles. Overall I am happy ..but need that tranny fixed.

Transmission problem 2 year own and more

Alternator went out 1 st year. 2nd year transmission out. 3rd year oil change guy over tight the old plug. Leak oil all over my customers drive way. Also they over busted the lug nuts when rotating my tires. Then they try to make excuses on all of these and lie as if it’s not their problem. Very dishonest place.

Best truck in his class

The truck is extremely reliable. I own the Limited edition. I would change 2 things: 1 Make some space for storage under the rear seats. Don't have any. 2 Replace the GPS company with somebody better. Worst GPS I ever have. So bad I have to use external GPS if I have to navigate. Like back in time, portable. And I pay the price for Limited Edition. Toyota say they can't do anything. Not the dealer, the Toyota company. Now that is very bad. Best truck with worst GPS!

Toyota

Best looking Tundra in the South East custom design and sponsorship of the Speacilty Forged group at the most recent truck shows. Very nice truck with very low miles.

Million Mile Trucks

Tundras are built strong and reliable. These trucks can haul anything you throw at it. Very strong and durable. Also a very beautiful truck! My Tundra always turned heads even though it was stock.

Best truck I've owned

This truck is working good for every day driving and traveling and towing my boat to the fishing tournaments on the weekends. Would buy another one like it next time

Most reliable truck I’ve ever owned

This truck had met all my needs. It has a very smooth and comfortable ride and is very dependable and has a tremendous amount of leg room, both in the front and back seats.

Tundra not as good as previous models

I had 2003 and 2005 Tundra's. I thought the 2005 was great. Good power and economy. Good ride. Good hauling. It had the 4.7 V8 and performed well with consistently decent fuel mileage (18-19). The engine control transmission worked perfect on long downhills with a lot of weight. Anyway I bought a 2017 model with the 4.6 V8 because I loved the previous one I owned. The "new" Tundra is not as good as the old one. The engine gets 15mpg and searches constantly for the right gear. Loaded it handles with poor control. It is a cheap version of what a good truck should be...suspension too weak, headlights inadequate/poor quality, interior audio system blah (level at 35 or 40 out of 50 for highway music). A saving grace is Michelin LT tires, which are very good. I should have bought the V6 Silverado I was looking at but wanted the Toyota small V8 of my previous Tundra. Alas the Tundra of old is gone and we must endure this cheapened namesake. Look for an old one if you can; find one that hasn't been abused and you'll be better off than living with the newer models.

Love this truck!

I have always been a Chevy man but the looks of the Tundra caught my eye and I decided to make a change. Well,.. all I have to say is WOW! This truck is amazing! Everything you could ask for and more. It is a bit of a thirsty beast but when I’m behind the wheel of this powerhouse all is right with the world. Wouldn’t go back to chevys after falling in love with this Toyota.
