Great experience from start to finish! During the test drive, I noticed a noise in one of the front wheels. My salesman (Mike Khurshid) noticed it too. He said he would have their service dept look at it the next day. He called back to say that the tires were mismatched, so they put 4 brand new tires on the car (no additional charge). When he drove it again, the noise was gone. I was just going to pick up the car, but he insisted I drive it again myself to make sure the noise was gone. This was a small sale for CarMax, but everyone there made me feel I was the most important customer they had that day. I left with my new car, and a handful of Mike's business cards to give to friends!
I walked into the dealership to test drive an RDX and within 15 minutes, I'm on the road. When I returned, we talked numbers on both the car I purchased as well as the one I traded. Wasn't any BS that I've encountered at other dealerships--their offer on my car was fair and I paid $250 more than I wanted to for their car. Done deal, I was home in 3 hours from the point the odyssey started!
I had a very good experience here at this dealership. Everyone was laid back and didn???t treat you like a ???customer???. No one was pressuring us to buy anything just because they needed to make a sale. They treated us like friends but in a professional manner. Francesco was willing to work with us to give us the right price for us, not for him. Before we picked up the car, they rechecked everything to make sure the car was working and running the way it should. When we picked up the car to sign the papers, Ian was our financial guy and he was super nice and was good at explaining every detail and was patient when we had questions.
Zack was exceptional, excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. Awesome experience and friendly environment. He immediately knew the process and was very transparent about how long it will take to order parts needed to repair the my car.
Shawn McMahan is an awesome person. I came into the dealership twice looking for a car. My first visit was unsuccessful because I did not have the down payment. Shawn was incredibly understanding with my situation and tried very hard to get the lowest down payment possible. Once I found the car, I told him that I would be back in a few weeks with the down payment. He touched base with me once, but wasn't pushy and seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. On my second stop in, again, it seemed that the odds were against me. He went above and beyond to insure that I left with a car. I would HIGHLY recommend him to any of my family members and friends. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
The guys there were so great! Kyle was our salesman. He was polite and friendly they entire time. So easy to talk to. My child loved him. Then signing the papers we had a gentleman print out papers for my kid to sign so he felt included. Seriously such great service. We left very happy.
Highly recommend Lance. Great experience. Very professional, laid back, and not pushy. Answered any and all questions. Also, used sales manager was also helpful and worked with us on a price. I'm very happy with my purchase as the car came very clean and detailed as promised. Bonus, Lance filled the tank up with a full tank of gas! Thank you Lance and Honda for making my experience great.
This was a nice place to buy a used car. They let me test drive the car on my own. They provided all of the information I asked for. They were reasonable when it came to negotiating the final price. My biggest critique is that when it came to doing the paperwork, they pushed pretty hard to sell several types of additional coverage. Be strong and direct with your position and they pretty quickly reduced the prices of the coverages. Overall this was generally a good experience. Also Licking County has a relatively low sale tax especially if you’re coming from Columbus. The drive is definitely worth the effort.
We have been to many dealerships over the last 20 years and not all experiences have been good. John Hinderer was one of the good ones. We told them up front we would be honest and we asked the same from them. We felt like they delivered on that promise and we didn't feel pressured at all. We would definitely go back and we would definitely recommend them to everyone. Our salesman Dustin Boucher was great otherwise it wouldn't have went any farther.
