Reached out through cars.com and scheduled a test drive. Communication through email was good. Met with Tina, took my test drive and Tina was very knowledgable. Told her my story, she was no pressure which was good. I may be 60 days out before I settle on a vehicle purchase but would go back to Mark Mitsubishi if the stars align by the time I am ready to pull the trigger.

I’ve have Car A.D.D. So I tend to change vehicles every few years; because of this I’ve owned or test driven an immense array of cars. The TLX offers more features and build quality than anything even remotely in its price class. I constantly compared the TLX to cars that cost a solid 10-15k more and only delivered a margin increase in one or two areas (the Infiniti had a more plush interior, the bmw performed better, etc) this lead me back to always feeling the Acura was best overall and provided the most bang for the buck.
I had the extreme pleasure of having Aaron as my salesman during the process of buying a used Acura RL from the Acura Peoria dealership. I absolutely love the car, and Aaron and the whole dealership made my first car buying experience incredible. Very thankful for all of their help and cooperation, it made the process stress free. I highly recommend Aaron as well as the entire dealership staff for buying a new or used car.

Enjoyed the car and would still be driving it but I was in a really bad crash. It took multiple impacts and my wife and myself walked away. It was totaled.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

The car has met the majority of our needs. Super smooth and super quiet going down the road. Plenty of legroom for my boys as I am 6’3 and they are approaching 6’. The only two drawbacks we have found with the car are no rear charging outlets and I was surprised not to find an automatic trunk close feature. These may sound petty, but with all the tech my family carries around front chargers just don’t cut it anymore and it’s so nice with an arm full of gear to push a button and go on the trunk. Aside from those, we are really pleased with the car. (2016 TLX SH-AWD Advance)
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I test drove a 2014 Mercedes C250 and the Acura TLX. The Acura won my vote hands down. I owned my last vehicle 13 years, looking forward to a long relationship with this beauty. Absolutely stunning vehicle!
All my friends said I would hate purchasing a vehicle but I really enjoyed it. Thanks Aaron for helping me find a car and not being very pushy. I will tell anyone I know looking for a car to come see you.

I love my Acura's. Purchased a 2016 TLX and once again Acura has produced yet another great car. Comfortable, reliable, plenty of room. The touch screen could be improved to provide fewer distractions while using.
I moved to Arizona from Hawaii and needed to find a new Acura dealership. My first visit to the Tempe Acura I met Robert. I was in an upside lease with my old car and we talked about my options for getting into a new one... he made the process so painless and it was so quick. Everyone I encountered during my buying process were so helpful, friendly, and I knew they were there to help and did not treat me like I was just dollar signs to them. They got me an amazing deal! and I love my new car! THANK YOU ROBERT! We will be seeing you for the new RDX!

Over the past 15 years, Im on my third Acura, I'v never been disappointed and though I love checking out other vehicles, I just keep coming back to the Acura. The 2016 TLX is a great car. I did get all the bells and whistles this time around. The only thing I'm disappointed with is the auto steering. It works for about a minute then flashes steering required and cuts off. I'm hoping newer models will at least recognize when the road is straight that it will not cut off.
Overall, It's a wonderful car.

I have not purchased a vehicle in 18 years and dreaded going to a dealership. My fears were soon set aside as I spoke with Bud Thomas, Sales Specialist at Bill Luke Tempe. Mr. Thomas's sales style is what I had hoped for in a salesperson...no pressure, truthful, and down to earth. He spent as much time as I needed to make my decision on the vehicle I was interested in. At no time did he display a desire to go do something else. Since I live 130 miles from the dealership, Mr Thomas delivered my vehicle to me.
