I had excellent customer service with the technician named David who is extremely helpful on my first visit and then my second visit that I went to I had excellent Service as well no pushy men they weren't trying to downgrade a female they were very honest and sincere which I appreciated very much I would recommend going back for any type of service needed on your vehicle

Excellent vehicle and luxurious. The experience was not extremely impressive but it met all my needs. I love the design, the power the cabin. I would definitely recommend this car.

This car is perfect for me. I wanted a quiet, comfortable ride with good gas mileage for commuting. That is exactly what I got. The seat is supportive and comfortable, I got 38 mpg on the highway, and the stereo is amazing.

The service was great and Brandi kept me informed along the way. She was able to do so through texts so she did not have to go searching for me.

I bought a Acura TLX A Spec and I absolutely love it. The red color is vey beautiful and the design of the car is very eye catching. The performance and styling is 1st class and it walks the walk.

Though I ended up not purchasing the car, they were great with getting me the information I needed to make my decision. Very friendly and accommodating.

The staff was efficient and my car is running smoothly. My vehicle was covered under warranty but it was difficult to work out due to it being a weekend. The staff was very helpful with getting back to me and keeping me updated through the next week and were able to fit me in right after.

My only feedback, as someone who frequently purchases high-end vehicles (Range Rover, Aston Martin, Acura, etc.), is that the dealership can get very busy and you can tell the staff was overwhelm, I think some technology could help them because people would get lost in the waiting room like we did :). This is understandable, especially on a weekend and the last day of the month—partly my timing. Overall, I look forward to building a long-term relationship with this amazing team. After almost 10 years, I’m thrilled to have a BMW back in my garage. Highly recommended!

I received excellent service from the moment I arrived with my care and throughout the day I was informed how the service was moving forward. I had not paid attention to have my Kicks checked out as I was supposed to do but every single thing that needed changing, updating, fixing...everything and I as shown and again kept informed so that I could see what was being fixed on the car and how much that would cost. The young woman who created me and kept me informed all day was EXCELLENT. I was very happy to see that AutoNation was hiring women to be the people who greeted me and explained everything and constantly checked up on how the car was being worked on. This was a very smart thing that AutoNation in Miami has done, having women who know everything about the cars and services because they EXPLAIN things in ways that sometimes men pass over because they know too much but women like details and I appreciated the treatment I received.

The staff on this visit were stellar and truly were pleased to assist through my buyout process. Jeff and William are key reasons why I came back after my visit 2 weeks ago when a pretty unfavorable visit to buy out lease and treatment by Rex Moonshower. He didn’t want to abide by terms of lease and added extra charges that his salesperson Megan could not explain. He told me is I didn’t like it I could go to tamarin trail or Punta location. I returned with financing thru bank due to my past experiences and feelings I received with Jeff and William. Best experience this retired couple has ever had buying a vehicle. Masha was a knowledgeable, helpful, and no pressure sales person. Of the 3 dealerships we contacted this one excels in inventory, best deals, and organization. Rochester was a huge disappointment when the fast talking pressure type manager got involved, we walked away. Nu Car in Tilton wouldn't honor their posted price on Auto Trader and no mention of the dealer incentive, just their version of MSRP.
