Drove out to Gardner Motors to look at a listed vehicle for my son, and it had just sold. So we test drove a 2016 Nissan Sentra on the lot and we liked it and my son loved it. After a comfortable discussion about this being my son's first vehicle, we were VERY pleased with the offer Chris made us and so we agreed to terms that day. Chris was very open fair to us on pricing and the buying process was completely painless and much more expedient than other dealerships we had been to in the past. I was equally impressed with the cleanliness and professional climate of Chris' place of business. I encourage anyone shopping for a car to stop by Gardner Motor's and have a look at their selection as well as visit with Chris, as he's a fun loving character!!! I have one more child who will be driving soon and Gardner Motors will be our first stop.

Loved this vehicle. Great performance and driving was easy and very enjoyable. Always took it every where. Great ride! Would recomment it to all of my friends
Brad was amazing, and we were close to making a deal on an awesome Audi Q7. I found a perfect match for me elsewhere, but I will definitely return to Sterling Motorcars when making a future purchase. They have a great selection of cars, and the low-pressure atmosphere is exactly what I prefer when purchasing a vehicle. Great job.

Why drive a sedan when a sport wagon can offer so much more? There's a reason these wagons dominate Europe, Canada and you even see them all over New England. They are practical and look great. American's need to get the 80's and 90's station wagon our of their heads. The Audi drives great and it's all wheel drive is second to none.
Never looked forward to buying a car and dealing with salesmen, but Brad was very personable and made the process absolutely painless Got a very good deal.
The worst car I've ever owned!

Despite it's great look, this car has been nothing but a headache for me! After, owning it for less than two years it began to develop an oil consumption issue after getting an oil change and driving under 1K miles or less. Oil for this car is ten dollars a quart
Their website showed an '11 VW Jetta TDI, something I had been looking for. Called and confirmed it was still available. Made the 1 hour drive to the lot. Found it easily. Was taken back by the number of BMW's there along with several Audi's and Porsche's. Not able to find the Jetta at first. Brad came out of the office and led me to it. When I mentioned my intent to take the car to Maryland, he warned that the safety inspection process there had proven troublesome even for cars that recently passed PA's inspection. I was willing to take the risk and after doing a quick once over, a good test drive and a review of the CARFAX report, I was ready to go for it. Even though it had 92K miles on it, it was in amazing condition which tracked with the maintenance records on CARFAX. Passed Brad an out of state check and indicated I would be back in a few days - after the check had cleared - to pick it up. Returned two days later. The Jetta was sitting in front, ready to go. Ran it through the MD inspection the next day. No faults found. A few days later Brad overnighted me the title so I could registration and titling in MD. The last major appliance I bought wasn't this easy. Thanks to Brad and everyone for a great buying experience.

Bought a 2012 A4 quattro sedan with auto transmission in Oct 2017. Had it for 6 months and so far no major problems and I really like it. Great looking car. I'm 5,6 and I have tons of leg room. Very comfortable power adjustable front seats, small rear seats though, especially if taller people are in the front. Great high quality interior that looks fantastic. The MMI controls are a little clumsy but are pretty good once you get used to it. All settings including nearly all heating/cooling plus fan speed are controlled from the MMI. The engine has a decent amount of power and a lot of "pull." The shifting is smooth and easy. The car feels very safe and stable at high speeds, the ride is really smooth but not so soft that it rolls sloppily around corners. It handles well and is really a lot of fun to drive.
Looking for BMW or Audi? Check out this dealer. Smaller dealership but alot of nice cars. Went for a test drive in a 2006 BMW 330i and loved it. Very nice and a good price. Only reason I didn't buy was because I wanted to check other cars out.
So good I will buy another one!

Audi knows how to make a luxury car. It is a smooth ride and handles better than any other car I have ever driven. A+++
After checking out cars at several locations and having one disappointment after another, we went to Sterling Motorcar. I had seen 3 different Volvo XC 90's on Cars.com from this lot. Brad our salesman brought us the keys to all 3 and we proceeded to check them out. I had several questions for Brad and if he did not know the answer he pulled out the manual and answered them. He took the time to answer all of my questions. We then decided to test drive one, he told us which way to go to avoid traffic and off we went. We returned and thought about it for a bit and decided to buy. The purchase went very fast and easy and we were out the door with the car. We also purchased an extended warranty for the car. Thanks Brad you were great! Bill and Ellen

Superior car. Last year Audi brought the A4 Avant to the US. Always garaged and impeccable in every way. Driven-smooth, powerful and quiet. An excellent daily driver but also good on trips. mid 20's gas mileage
This car has great performance (not overwhelming, but its 2.0l T 4 has a lot of low end torque), had it for 3 months so far and great reliability, great gas mileage (24 in city, 29-32 highway) , great exterior design with the s line package, and nice interior design with the leather, aluminum (some of the plastic is cheap-ey sadly), very comfortable, the heat and AC CRANKS! All of this for a 5 year old car with 80,000 miles and $13,000. insane deal.
And it's an Audi
