Adrian the service rep was helpful and personable from the initial phone call to set-up the appointment for the first 10,000 mike service due on the vehicle, to arranging for the loaner. Also, I elected to have the car detailed while in for servicing and the did a beautiful job. Will definitely be using them again.
It all happened so quickly! Our daughter is turning 17 in March. Her dream car... A White Audi A3. After a web search we found the perfect one for her. This brought us to Jack Daniels Audi Dealer in Paramus to see for ourselves. Guess what?! The car was perfect. It seemed as if it was waiting for just her! That afternoon we were introduced to a professional, knowledgeable and most helpful sales person, Ralph. From the moment we met him, he made us feel comfortable. Ralph took his time with us and answered our million questions with ease and confidence. He took us for a test drive and even had my daughter practice driving in a safe open lot. (She has her permit) The next day we brought my husband back to the dealer...to our surprise, he agreed to this purchase! We have a very happy girl. :) Most importantly we feel at ease knowing that Brooke will be driving a very safe car. My girlfriend and I just leased a 2016 Audi Q3 through Jack Daniels Audi of Paramus. This is our first time using this dealership and we couldn't be more pleased with the customer service of the entire sales department. At first, we were a little unsure as to which Q model would best suit our needs however our salesman, Jim Stampf was outstanding from beginning to end! Jim really highlighted the value and luxury of the Audi brand, while still keeping a real and down to earth persona. He took time to show us the service area and personnel during our test drive which was indeed comforting. After making our decision to lease the Q3 and running the numbers, he was extremely patient in explaining every rebate, discount and option that was included in the price of the vehicle. This is the first vehicle I have financed/leased so I had a lot of questions and he had answers. My girlfriend is currently living in New York while I am in New Jersey so there was some difficulty in the paperwork and logistics, however they took care of everything hassle-free. Unfortunately we could not take delivery of the vehicle on that same day because of the finance department being busy. Jim gave us his cell phone number to keep in contact during the week. After setting the delivery date and time up for the following Saturday, everything went smoothly. We arrived on Saturday and the vehicle was sitting right out front and ready to go. Now this is a high volume highway dealer right? Well you would have thought that I purchased an R8 because of the way I was greeted by the staff upon arrival. They have courtesy valet parking and every staff member remembered us from the previous week. The PDI department did a great job of cleaning up the vehicle. Jim came out and introduced us to the F&I guy, Adam Zabrocki. There was an issue with the registration so Adam had to re-do all of the paperwork. This was no fault of his but instead of us waiting around for them to correct the paperwork, Jim took that as an opportunity to start showing us all of the features of the vehicle. He did a satisfactory and in depth job of showing us all of the features and functions. As soon as Jim was done showing us the vehicle he brought us back to Adam who was all ready to go with the paperwork. This showed me great efficiency and my time was not wasted. Adam was friendly, personable and professional in explaining all of the terms and agreement. I work for a car dealership myself and got insurance plans through my dealer so I respectfully declined and of the add on insurance programs that Adam had to offer. He was never nasty or rude and was not pushy at all, just a real friendly easy going guy! We dealt with John Zingani and Solomon Faizi as well. Just from being in the business myself, you can tell that these guys are a good team and are the real deal. True seasoned professionals. I talked to Solomon about a possible unrelated business opportunity and I can say from experience that he is an honest man. Everyone gives firm handshakes and the employees all seem happy to work and be there. All said and done I thought that they did a magnificent job in all aspects of the selling process, which will make me a returning customer for my next vehicle! Thank you Jack Daniels Audi!

I'm not a car person, but I LOVE driving the certified 2014 A5 I bought in December 2016 from Rockville Audi. I did a Wash/Baltimore area search on cars in stock and the pros & cons of certified vs. not certified so when I saw my car listed, I thought it was a fair price. I then did a quick online review of the dealership (I didn't want an adversarial experience) and saw that Maria Cokinos had good reviews. Basically, I made to deal over the phone, I showed up three hours later on Dec. 23rd and I drove off with my 'new car.' The words I will use to describe the experience are: fair, respectful, a win-win. I really do love driving the car, buying it was a positive experience and I appreciate Maria's follow-up to make sure I'm comfortable with the car. I recommend Rockville Audi, no hard sale from the finance manager, Maria was great and I'd bet the others on the sales team are real pros too.

I was a cash buyer but had kind of a hard ???unicorn??? hunt after trips to every Nissan dealer in 50 miles of metro Detroit I was encountering no one who wanted to help me track down the specific/make/model & trim package my husband wanted (which I wanted to surprise gift him) absolutely everyone else sales people/dealership GM???s extra just wanted me to take what they had in stock that the wanted to sell finally in frustration I went online & asked my contact list if anyone had a contact that could actually try to get one of 3 cars I???d indentified at out of state dealerships ??? a former owner of a Nissan dealership himself pointed me to Brian & his associate Scott. I emailed telling them my disappointments in locating this vehicle & they said come on in & let???s try to make this surprise gift happen. I was so grateful I was will to accept anything treatment-wise ??? so imagine my surprise & happinesses to arrive at a modern, clean well maintained dealership & be graciously helped by everyone one (3 other sales people who didn???t try to sell me anything but directed me to Brian, got me seated & with a cold beverage while he finished with another customer. Scotte came & met me & tracked the VIN #???s I had, the GM came over to be introduced & a charming salesman Christopher talked cars with me while the other out of state dealership managers were contacted to be negotiated with. To say it was my very best dealership experience in 50 years is to under sell the difference between Brian & his team and the 8 dealerships I went to. I would recommend Brian, Scotte & Chris highly but absolutely everyone I encountered I would be willing to work with in the future. So if you hate how other dealerships treat you when you try to buy what you want & give them you hard earned money then you should definitely come here where they understand who is the customer; ai???m a Realtor so I appreciate great customer aervice! (Oh & I should mention, I didn???t realize it was month end the day I was in & still no one acted like the couldn???t be bothered because my deal wouldn???t be closed by end of day; no one said or acted like ???come back later???.).

Thanks to the amazing product knowledge and savvy personality of my sales specialist John Ashcraft - I am totally enjoying my new Java colored Murano with a Mocha interior! (That's right...think "Mocha-Java," friends!). John was dressed professionally, was extremely polite, and either answered all our questions immediately or he found the answer. The Murano is a hot car and even though they had no in stock colors I liked, John very patiently researched nearby area and was able to get the exact car 🚗 wanted, delivered. I came to the dealership in May of 2016 and talked with George Meza about finding a lease return A6. We looked for several weeks but could not find the right car. After several subsequent conversations, George suggested a new A6 that they had on the lot, that met my list of requirements. I had not intended to purchase a new vehicle, but after George and the dealership had worked their magic with the price, purchasing the new car was an opportunity that I could not pass up. --- Fast forward to October 2018. I was in town and called ahead, to George, to make sure he would be available to talk about the new 2019 A6. George's knowledge about the new A6 was amazing and I found out more about that car than I had ever anticipated. I am not ready to change cars yet, but when I am, I will be contacting George Meza. D. Overall what you would expect from an Audi dealership. I would have rated this place 5-stars across the board in years past, however, on my past service visit I was surprised how difficult it was to get someone's attention once I parked my vehicle in the service area, I wasn't greeted by anyone and had to find someone to acknowledge my presence. The service techs also somehow missed a pretty bad bulge in one of my tires that probably came from a pot hole. Not sure how they missed it since they rotated and balanced my tires as a part of the service and I also had my car washed and detailed. It was so bad that the service rep caught it the second he looked at my car when I came to pick it up before they gave me the keys. Thankfully he caught it and I was able to get the tire replaced, but this of course made me question the thoroughness of the entire 10,000-mile inspection. Hopefully my next visit is a 5-star experience as I had usually had in the past at this dealership!
I have taken my 2012 VW Jetta here for service since I moved to Daphne, AL in 2013. From scheduling the appointment to getting the work completed, it is always easy. Dennis Healy, Brand Ambassador, is professional, courteous and on the money with the estimate of time to complete the service and the cost. They have never tried to up sell me any additional services. My car is always clean after the service. They also have kiosk work stations and a very clean, comfortable waiting area complete with complimentary beverages and popcorn. There is another VW dealer closer to me but it is worth the extra 15 minute drive for the outstanding customer service.
First let me say I hate buying a car because of the process most dealerships go through to sell you a car. Now that I have said that, I experience I had at Audi Boulder was a totally different experience. I originally contacted the dealership over 1-1/2 years ago and spoke with a salesman regarding the TT as I was thinking of upgrading my 2001 TT and wasn't sure if I should purchase then or wait for the new enhanced 2016 model. He suggested waiting for the 2016 model and so I did. The dealership kept in touch with me off and on through the next year and the original salesman left the dealership. I then was contacted by Jeremy Forcier. He let me know when the model of the 2016 was at the dealership and we set up a time to drive it. It was a fun test drive; the way the car drove, the different drive options, and the technology was awesome. I had specific requirements of my next car and Jeremy and I explored the Audi exclusive option where I could get the color I wanted and the packages I wanted right from the factory. I had a specific timeframe in mind and left the dealership with information. I was not pressured in any way to "buy it now" which would have made me not come back. Jeremy was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly without being pushy. I returned in October and ordered my car, the way I wanted it. Jeremy suggested the tan interior which I was skeptical but agreed. Jeremy kept me in touch throughout the process of the car being built. Just recently the car arrived at the dealership and we made an appointment to pick it up -- I was so excited to see the new car. We made an appointment for 6:00 pm and Jeremy was very patient with me, showing me how to be able to drive the car and doing some initial set up. The price came in right where we had discussed back in October. Matt was great in getting the financial piece together and soon I was pulling out of the lot in the brand new car. By the way, my skepticism about the tan interior was totally unfounded, it looks beautiful -- THANK YOU JEREMY! The service staff contacted me the next day and we scheduled the tinting, clear bra, and interior protectant and when I arrived to pick it up from these services, Jeremy again took time to walk me through some other items we didn't have time for before - voice training, different buttons and radio presets, and garage door opener. I know this is a long story but what I wanted to show is the level of commitment this dealership has to its customers. Jeremy was wonderful to work with before, during, and after the sale and I so appreciate his easy manner, wealth of knowledge and patience with me learning (I think he had to tell me 3 times on the voice training to say each number one-one-five-three instead of eleven fifty three). I have my perfect car thanks to Audi Boulder!
Let me just start by saying Eli Buchanan at the Audi Boulder Service Center is an outstanding representative and made a vacation weekend stay on schedule after a car emergency. I had a couple of friends visiting in town and we were set to go to Keystone this weekend for some New Years skiing. On the Wednesday night before the weekend excursion, my driver side door sensor would not read the the car door was shut. The car could no longer be locked by remote or manually. I took it in Thursday morning to see if Audi Boulder could do anything to help me and still make our vacation on time. They took the car in and gave me a nice 2017 Q5 to use in its absence. They assured me I could take it on vacation if my car wasn't done in time. I received a message later that day that my car would be ready tomorrow afternoon. I called explaining that I was trying to leave early in the morning could they have the car ready any sooner. I did not hear back again until Friday morning at 9 that my car was ready. I was amazed! I also had a service planned already for next week and they completed that as well! Originally they told me the car was going to be covered under CPO with an $85 deductible. However later found out, that this was for the previous owner and did not transfer to me. The cost of the repair was $600 with out the CPO coverage. Eli Buchanan waived the whole cost when I returned to pick up my car, so now I didn't even have to pay the $85 deductible. Truly amazing service and an amazing experience! I would recommend service with Eli Buchanan at Audi Boulder to anyone!

service reps such as David Salzie, I keep coming back. I commute 500 miles per work week. I truly need to feel my Audi will deliver me to work & back every day and not leave me stranded on the side of the freeway. David Salzie insures that and provides the confidence I require each and every time
my car is serviced by recommending procedures my Audi will need in the future. I am more than happy with all services I receive from McKenna Audi as result.
We had a wonderful experience again at Audi of Beverly Hills. We are going on a trip and at the last moment wanted to have our car serviced, They fit us in. Since they had already committed their loaner cars they had one of their staff drive us home (it was only about a mile). They were able to complete the job on that day. Our service manager, Ken Kritzer, kept us informed of the progress, and called in the afternoon to say that the only extra thing he suggested was to have the tires rotated and the car would be finished by 5:00 PM. We trust Ken completely as he has been our service manager for over 20 years. He has been especially helpful at showing us how to use the advanced technology of the car. Recently, when we couldn't figure out how to turn off the 'need air in tires' warning after we had put air in the tires, even though very busy, he came out to the parking lot, solved the problem, and showed us how to handle it in the future. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Courteous, helpful, and service you can count on.
Service manager, Eric Smith, went above and beyond to accommodate us. Responsive, courteous, and professional, Eric and his team made sure our needs were met. Audi should take note of this exceptional, customer focused approach as a role model for all of their other dealerships. Great job and thank you.
The team at Niello Audi are the "bomb diggity"! I worked with the Internet Sales division to buy my new A3 Cab and they were simply AWESOME! Shout out to Phillip and Kyle for their SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE and QUICK FOLLOW-THROUGH for a seamless experience! These guys tag teamed to help me out when one of them was not available, and it was seamless for me - excellent service from start to finish!
Oh - let me not forget to mention that I went to Sacramento from Los Angeles to purchase this car because it was the only one in the state built exactly how I wanted it and the team at Niello Audi made it worth the trip! Thanks guys and Nicole too in finance of course! You're the BEST!
