The experience could not have been more pleasurable. I worked with Chris Cordray and Matt Salyers for a new Miata. There was absolutely no pressure for up-selling. They explained what they had, gave me the brochures, which I brought home after the sale to research. Would definitely consider working with them again.

I drove Mustangs for many years, and was reluctant to switch over to the Audi, but I have never regretted it. The car is comfortable, quiet, and elegant. I am happy whenever I drive it. And the upkeep has been surprisingly reasonable. It is a wonderful car and I plan to buy Audi convertibles from now on.

Rarely take time to write social media reviews. However experience I had at the dealership this week is worth a review. I was not needing a car, but always keeping an eye out for the right deal. On Tuesday of last week I had called in the morning to ask for a sales rep I had purchased from before. What could have been a honest mistake, I was put into voicemail. Not hearing back all day, I decided to call one more time as I was ready to pull the trigger on a near identical vehicle much closer to my house. This is when I sales person "Nick B" answered the phone. He informed me it was an honest mistake that I was put to voicemail of a former sales rep and that he would be happy to help. Having held management positions, and worked for good people in my career, I have to say, the energy and hustle was top notch. I explained the situation at the competing dealership and Nick cut through all the garbage negotiation and sales tactics that the other dealer tried to use on me (not knowing my background). In a matter of 60 minutes I had 3 phone calls from Nick setting the parameters of the deal. The next morning I was greeted by a text to ask if I was coming in at lunch or dinner. The weather was terrible for a drive to Dayton, and I was so tempted to just spend a little more money and head closer to make my purchase. I could not do it. Nick's hustle deserved a visit to look at the car. I arrived around dinner time and Nick was waiting at the door to greet me. The car was pulled up and we were ready to deal. Nick was efficient in execution as he was in setting up the deal. From getting payoffs, to coordinating the shop to ready the vehicle, to working with finance and matching the trade of the other dealer. I had other sales people that you would sit in the dealer for multiple hours waiting to get through. Some of this compliment also goes to Matt S. in Finance. Copies, signatures, even took the time to get me a refund for my trade in Lexus Warranty that I was not going to use. Customer was first with both of these gentlemen, not at the expense of the Company, but to be seamless and professional. The last part of the evening came when I was signing the paperwork. Matt told me that the detail team was not able to finish my car at the late hour, but would be happy to do so over the weekend if I wanted to come back. As I was saying I just wanted the plastic off the floor and the mats in, Nick came in the office and said he already had it done while transferring my plates. Nick also did not forget another small detail I had emphasized to him at the outset. I travel a lot and have a laptop in my car. It is imperative that I have a privacy shield cover over the cargo area. To end my experience, Nick did not forget that request. Lexus no longer sells them in parts, something I noticed even with the GX back in 2020. So Nick had me drive into the garage out of the rain, helped me move my belongings to the new car, then took me up to the "lost and found". Again, not additional expense to the company, but more time for him. Nick at the late hour was going through every privacy cover with a measuring tape to get me squared away. We ended up not finding one, but how could I be disappointed with that effort. To anyone buying a car, I cannot guarantee your sales person will give the same experience, but there is no question that Nick was a professional and will have me back for my next car which is due in about another year. In a still tight labor market, it is tough to find employees like that.

This car was falsely advertised. Listing started it had navigation and my sales rep, Randy said it only needed a new disc to get it working and I have it in writing he was going to order it in for me. I called after three weeks and he said sorry, there isn’t any navigation. Now, the engine light is on, taking it to an authorized Audi dealer. Audi has larger interior than my old mustang convertible, that’s nice.

Caden is a great person to work with. Everything went smoothly, although I am awaiting the shipment of the car to Texas. One of the best things was the thoroughness of detail on the website. Comprehensive photos, video, write up and Carfax. I got what I needed from those descriptions and conversations with Caden.

It met all my needs and was well maintained. I appreciate the honesty and good follow through and clean facility it was stored in...it helped alot

The styling of the A5 is superior to those in it's class. After test driving the BMW and Mercedes, the Audi A5 was the most comfortable. The handling and cornering was fantastic - better than any other car I've driven. We've only owned it a few weeks so can't attest to the reliability yet but we had a 2011 A5 and it never let us down.

I owned it for few years and it is smooth! it handles beautifully and pulls effortlessly. very comfortable to drive short and very long distances. I drove it to Arizona from Bay Area for 11 hours straight and it was comfortable and truly delightful. The styling is very appealing and the curves are in the right places. the black on black made it just complete. The AWD Quattro system never failed me in the rain no matter how slippery the roads were.

Bought a 2017 4runner from Hasin at Atlanta car Sales, and I can’t give a bigger blessing from a skeptical used car lot buyer. Not only did he DIRECTLY answer my questions and concerns over the phone, he also went out of his way to pick me up from the airport when I flew in (Yes, I flew in from Texas because the price was that great). He brought the truck with him so I got to have a great long test drive and was very personable the entire way back to the dealership. Alexis was the most easiest sales person I?ve ever had to work with. She knew her inventory, information about the truck, and how her dealership worked. She didn?t try to sale us on any other vehicles. She knew we were there for one thing and that was to purchase an F-150. This dealership gives you bonus. They added letter detailing, window tint and sprayed on bed liner to their trucks. And you were lucky if other dealerships had the bed liner and nothing else. Alexis stayed way over her time to get off that night just to make sure we were all set with the new truck. I would 100% buy another vehicle from Alexis and this dealership. Thank you for treating us like family!!!

I just purchased a Q3 Audi Quattro 2024, very slightly used as a loaner, from Derek Fernandez. I have not had a luxury vehicle since the 1990’s, when I had a prized red Audi Quattro . Derek made the purchasing process perfect! Derek’s appearance was professional, down to the business like suit and shined shoes. It is refreshing to meet a young man that knowledgeable about his product and not pushy. He even shared some funny stories while his manager was inspecting my trade in vehicle. The immaculate Audi displayed in the showroom was stunning. Derek’s presentation was seamless. I am prizing the picture he took of me with the big red bow before I drove away. This is so different than the experience I had at Toyota across town, when I was led to a dirty “new” auto on the lot! I definitely would recommend Derek and Audi Denver to anyone! He happened to be a shuttle escort a year ago to a Showhouse I had displayed my Interior Designs in and the ride and escort were the best! I gave the experience five stars because of my sales person, CJ. I stopped by close to closing Just to take a look at a vehicle I saw online. Although, it was very close to closing, CJ made sure I was greeted properly and even took a few moments to open the vehicle. I came by the next day to meet with her. CJ was very professional and very patient as we looked at several other vehicles before I made my decision on the original truck. I had spent over 20 years in the car business myself and what I really enjoyed was the fact that CJ was never a pushy sales person, and never resorted to typical dealer clichés. I would highly recommend CJ for your next Chevrolet or GM purchase!

just wanted to say what an amazing experience I had at inside car guys this last weekend. Spencer was the best and kindest salesman i've ever had to deal with. Highly recommend going to him he knows cars really well and he'll give you an honest opinion. all of the managers brendan marcus and johnny were very helpful as well. They got me financed when no one else would work with me. Also they said if I referred a friend they would pay me $250! Very cool dealership would recommend 10/10 thanks inside car guys!!!
