It's All About Service

There are two phases to the dealer/buyer experience: 1) selecting and purchasing your car; 2) having your vehicle serviced. The purchase may take a few hours, though often much less time. In my case, Ed Costie and Jeff Hummel could not have been more professional on the sales side--a satisfying experience all around. For me, however, it's the service experience that's even more important. After all, you interact with the service department multiple times during your car ownership. The service team at Glenwood Audi is professional in every way, meaning easy to work with, well organized, nice, efficient, and fast. I hope to make as few visits to the service department as possible (and I assume that will be the case, knowing the quality built into every Audi, but when I do need service, I know it will be excellent. And Ed and Jeff will swing by the waiting room to say hi. Even the head of finance came by to say hello.
