Having now over 202,000 miles I can say this is a great car to own and drive. Friends never believe the mileage that is on the car because it rides and drives so amazing. The interior quality of materials and fitment are also exceptional and have held up perfectly over the years. These cars do require maintenance but if properly taken care of they will last a long time and be very reliable!

This is my first Audi; it is a 2014 people swear that it looks brand new. The most comfortable elegant ride I have ever owned. Bought at MotorCars of Lansing, MI., that dealership is amazing. The only thing missing is a backup camera.

I love my Audi Q5. I have two small children and I feel so safe driving this SUV. It has a great sized trunk area. In the future once I pay this off I will stay with the Q5 and just go newer. I believe it is worth every dollar!

This car meets my needs - interior is designed nicely, the biggest issue I have is with the AMI and getting my phone to connect to it (haven’t been able to do this successfully) which does put a damper in things for me. Overall the car is mechanically great - some folks have issues but I haven’t had any yet. Gas mileage is great in roughly 450mi to the tank which is better than previous cars I’ve owned. I definitely really love the panoramic roof - it’s amazing at night but can get a bit warm in the summer months. All in all I really like my q5 premium plus, and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We live 4 hours from here. We found a car on their site with a comprehensive Carfax report and a decent price. We called and they answered all our questions. We negotiated a rate over the phone. Had a very positive experience buying a 2015 Subaru from Icon. Found a car of interest on Cars.com on a weekend night, messaged Icon through that website, and got a response from them first thing in the morning on Monday. The car I liked was still available, so I scheduled a test drive, and Jennifer worked up some good financing options in the meantime. A couple days later, my son and I test drove the car, loved it, and took it home that afternoon. Their inventory was excellent - definitely my taste - so had this car not been available, we would likely have test drove another. Jennifer and Nacole answered all my questions (and I ask a lot) and were friendly and pleasant to work with, and them and the folks behind the scenes made the whole thing a quick and enjoyable experience.
