I bought a new 2017 Sportage from Bridgewater Kia 18 months ago. About every 200 miles or so while driving the automatic transmission would slip into neutral. The transmission would re-engage by taking my foot off the gas. Needless to say this was frightening and somewhat unnerving, especially when you were pulling into the fast lane on a highway doing 70 mph. They couldn't diagnose the problem even after they hooked me up with a "flight recorder" which monitored my engine conditions when this happened although the data captured by this device did show the engine racing when the transmission slipped into neutral. Kia authorized the installation of a new transmission. Bridgewate Kia let me have use of a courtesy car for the duration of the work. I went and picked up the car and as I was pulling out of the dealer lot I noticed two fractures in the windshield running parallel to one another from the dashboard up that looked like stress fractures that occurred when they put the new transmission in. I immediately drove back and with no questions asked they returned the courtesy car to me while they had a new windshield installed. I picked it up a few days later and within 24 hours the same problem occurred with the trannie popping into neutral. About a week later it happened again and I took it back. Bob, the Service Manager came out and took the car for a ride. Needless to say it didn't happen as it never does in those situations. When he got back to the lot he went and retrieved a Tablet from his office and after searching the Kia dealer website saw that just two days prior a new software update specifically for the transmission was available. He loaded it and I have drive 1600 miles now without a problem I want to thank Bob and Bryant, my Service Advisor for all of their prompt and courteous attention that led to this issue being resolved. They did everything that you could expect from a car dealership and I want to thank them. Hopefully they won't see me again for this issue.

Good so far. For a 4 cylinder it can generate a good bit of power when needed. My only complaint so far is that it has minimal storage. The console compartment is small and cannot be accessed unless the cup holder of cups is emptied!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Quality car with amazing amount of technology. My insurance went down compared with a 2011 Buick! Quite economical too on gas. Recommend it for a family, safe transporting children.

Before I test drove and decided to get the Q5 I would see them on the road and thought what a great looking SUV. I also did my homework and studied up on them and compared to other SUV's that were similar. I have driven the Q5 for 3 weeks now and so far it has been great. I think the interior and exterior look great. The SUV handles well and has great power for a 4 cylinder @ 248 hp. My only complaint would be the infotainment system. I do not like the screen sitting on the dash like a flat screen TV, nor do I like having to use knobs to control everything. I wish everything was touchscreen like my Hyundai Tucson was. Seems some of the German manufacturers are behind the curve on infotainment technology.

I worked with Gene P in October of 2016 to purchase my new-to-me 2013 Audi Q7 TDI from out of state. He was upfront about everything. We were able to quickly work out a deal that was fair to both parties. I was not charged any unusual fees or anything which is also a positive. I took possession a few days later. I would recommend that you do all of your homework on your desired vehicle beforehand, work out any logistics and bring your own financing. It seemed, to me, to make things easier on everyone. Would I recommend Auto Holding to a friend or family member? Yes. The inventory, according to them, seems to be pretty fluid. So, I would also recommend that they be ready to buy if you see what you want in your price range. Their mission is to move cars, not play around with people. That’s not a slight against them, but advice to the potential consumer.

My husband and I have been coming to Bell Audi and Marc Levine specifically since 2010. At this point we see him more often than we see some relatives! We leased our first A4 with him when we finally were ready for a more sophisticated sedan. He has always taken great care of us making sure we get the car we had set out for at the best price. We particularly love his efficiency taking a task that would normally take a whole day and getting it done properly in a fraction of the time. I had been looking for a 2012 Audi A4 Avant for a couple of months. I finally found the right one with only about 8,000 miles at Bell Audi. I called and spoke to Jason Skolnick. Jason worked very hard to help me feel confident with my purchase. I live in California so I could not visually inspect the car. Jason took lots of pictures of the car for me. He even got down on the snow covered ground to take photos. (I think he got his tie dirty!) I was worried about rust, so I asked Jason to put the car on the lift and take some photos of the underbody. Jason assured me there was nothing to worry about and he was absolutely right. I paid a fair price for the car. Every promise Jason made to me, he kept. He was very responsive and communicated well. Every time that I called Jason, he picked up my call, even if it was to tell me he was working with another customer. Jason made spending a lot of money fun! I knew I was in good hands. I have bought and sold MANY cars in my 54 years. Only twice has the experience been great. This was one of those times.

As many of the other reviews have already noted, I had a good sense throughout my recent used car purchase (dealer service vehicle, 2016 A6) that Jason was providing me completely accurate answers to my questions and even providing me with information above and beyond my actual questions. Based on previous experiences with dealers in Brooklyn, this was a very pleasant surprise. I would also recommend the dealer for setting a very fair price on this car. My only two complaints were 1) the interior of the car, though clean enough, could have been made to look more like new with some attention to the details (I'm sure this was a job the service dept dropped the ball on, not Jason) and 2) as a first-time buyer, the warranty and extended service contract options seemed more complicated than necessary -- again, not a complaint with Jason.

Never thought I'd walk out w/ a Q3 the same day I came in to kick the tires as they say. When I walked into Bell everyone, everyone was on the phone. However Daniella motioned to me that she'd only be a minute. I was sitting in the car she came over introduced her self & we were off & running. As a salesperson myself I enjoyed the process of the sale that Daniella & I went through w/ her questioning she walked me through a great sales process. Brought in her sales manger for pricing on my BMW, brought in finance. She got the radio & cell phone set up enough to go home w/ & we set an appointment time for the next day to fully go through the electronics/ navigation system. She was very patient w/ me because electronics is very hard for me. She has called a number of times to check-in on the car. LOVE THE CAR!!! So glad I purchased from Bell/ Daniella Highly recommend!!!

We’d been looking for the right A5 Convertible for months and finally, through Cars.com, we found one that seemed just right. Audi Bridgewater was very responsive to our inquiring emails, answering questions quickly and thoroughly (even with a personal video reply). That made us decide to take the 3hr drive to check out one particular vehicle. We’re glad we did. Arriving there, we were satisfied with all aspects of the dealership. The sales staff was very friendly and professional, the facilities spotless and casual, our test drive enjoyable and informative, and the vehicle itself was as beautiful as advertised. Negotiationing a deal with trade-in was a little tougher than we would’ve liked, but we wanted this exact vehicle, so we got it done. Once that was settled, the paperwork was a breeze and before we knew it we were driving home in our new (slightly used) A5 Convertible!

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.
