I am writing this review to recommend Mazda South Charlotte. I've leased 2 cars over the past 3 years from them and both experiences have been nothing short of great. Both of my vehicles (CX-5 2015 & CX-5 2017) have been a dream to drive and that is one of the reasons why I trust and keep going back. The other reasons of why I keep going back to Mazda South Charlotte have to do with the top-notch sales and service staff.
Everyone in Sales and Service are highly qualified professionals who treat you like a person and not a dollar sign or number. Dana Snow in the Service Dept. has been my go-to technician whenever I bring my car in. He is thorough in explaining the work that is being done on your car and is very nice, too. The two salesmen that I worked with on my current lease, Moe Bedwan (back in 2015 as well) and Don Resse, were both very attentive to my requirements for a vehicle while working within the confines of my budget. Both Moe and Don have treated me with kindness, dignity and respect during my sales processes (and even post-sales, too).
Being treated well at a car dealership is something that is very important to me. I have had past experiences at other dealerships where I have been ignored, insulted, verbally abused and/or condescended to. Never once have I had that experience with Moe, Don or rest of the Service, Sales and Management staff at Mazda South Charlotte over the past 3 years. For all these reasons and more, they will continue to have me as loyal customer. Side note: they also have a clean and gorgeous showroom with an excellent customer lounge.
