Jessica provided the one positive experience EVER in buying a car and I have definitely purchased my fair share of automobiles! She was not pushy but professional and knowledgable in every aspect of her job. She was very "real" and made the experience actually fun. Even when I had been there for literally hours, she enthusiastically jumped in to provide any service and answer even the most basic question (especially involving the technology of the car. This is my 3rd car (including my dad's 2006 auto) at Rice and once again, I am not disappointed! I would definitely ask Miss Jessica to be my person again!
I recently purchased a 2017 Ford F-150 from Sarchione Ford and couldn't be happier. My salesman, Royce and the team at Sarchione went above and beyond answering all of my questions and locating a truck with all the equipment and options that I wanted.

Everyone @ BMW Bridgeport showed patience, knowledge and expertise. Having owned BMW's for over 15 years I will always by the brand only at BMW of Bridgeport. Vinny not only listened to my needs/wants, delivered exactly what I expected without pressuring me for more upgrades and did not hassle me to make a decision. He went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable with the purchase. When I picked up the vehicle someone (I'm embarassed to have forgotten his name) spent close to an hour reviewing the enhancements to the 2018 3 series. Ensuring I felt confident driving the vehicle home, taking time to to hooking up my blue tooth and loading my radio stations. There were quite a few differences between my current 3 Series and new one. He was very patient with my technical limitations and made all the changes seamless. Victoria from the Business Office was personable and made the transaction easy; ensuring that all the Financials were easily understood. My decision to start the sales process with BMW of Bridgeport came through my 10 year always positive relationship with my Service Specialist Bernard. I have been able to trust in his knowledge and judgements about the service of my previous vehicle for 10 years and I know nothing about cars or technology. Basically buying a vehicle at BMW of Bridgeport is seeing a "family" @ work. The process involved a lot of different people,they all showed trust in each others strengths to give me the "ultimate BMW experience". Thank you all!

I usually utilize a different dealership because I work in a different state, but I have to say my recent visit to Wagner's service department has forced me to reconsider. My service advisor, Hank S, was outstanding, very informative and quick to proactively update and respond to any inquiries I had. Excellent experience.

I have been a long-time Porsche customer. When moving into the Atlanta area my previous dealer suggested Jim Ellis Porsche to take care of my cars. I've had great experience and support from the service group (a shout-out to Craig Buffinton who takes excellent care of my vehicles.) This was my first experience buying a car. It also was great. Brandon Matsumoto provided the "exact" amount of interaction and support for my wife and I to feel comfortable with the process. Ryan McIntyre, the pre-owned sales manager helped us work through a couple of points unique to our needs. The quality and depth of the selection was important. I have made my purchase of a CPO 2016 Cayenne S and am very satisfied with all aspects of the experience.
I'm very thankful to Sweetcars for the ongoing support and help I received with the purchase of my 2010 Aston Martin DBS. I would like yo thank all the staff and in particular my sales agent Larry who went above and beyond in keeping me informed as to status of the car and additional detail work I had them perform which was of top quality. This was an unique purchase due to the fact I purchased the car without visiting the showroom myself, and that the Aston was to be exported to Canada. The car arrived in perfect condition and was exactly as represented by the dealer, we all learned a few things during this process which i'm sure will only enhance Sweetcars ability to serve others involved in the export of vehicles. Sheri in the office was also of great help with paperwork and title preparation, i'm not the easiest person to deal with at times but Sweetcars made me feel as part of the family. I have been taking my 2011 BMW 335ix to Bill Jacobs for several years now and have NEVER been disappointed. Although I might be able to find a lower price from an independent shop, I don't believe it is worth it in the long run given the complexities of these cars (note, I do change the oil and filter on the car myself, however). I will continue to support this dealership because of the quality of their service.
To whom it may Concern, I bought my Honda 18 years ago, have used maintenance from Barrington Motors in the past. I have used maintenance closer to me and have only replaced batteries and brakes with original Honda parts. I have kept it in pristine condition and one morning in my garage my radio/CD player would not work without a code to restart it. This was after 18 years and no one could help because when I bought it from you no code was given to me. I had a letter from Honda saying that delivery of my manual was late. With Extraordinary help from Rich Cano he was able to get a code to restart my radio/CD player without having to take the radio out. I came in for a vehicle I saw online. Mayeline Sosa was our dealer which she was funny, honest, and very helpful. She made me feel comfortable which matters when you???re buying a car. A short light skinned man then came from behind the desk and completely ruined and argued man with us on the used car price! We felt as if he was ripping us off so we were walking away until the finance employee came to talk to us as we were walking out! Wow he was amazing! I told my family to let me know and I???d call him! He knows everything and breaks everything down, makes you see clear unlike the other guy who you felt was full of it cause he wanted us to pay 17$ for a 2015 when it says 12 online!! So because of the finance and Mayeline I bought a new 2019 CX-3 and walked away proud and refreshed like getting a new car should be! I???m telling you if you doubt anything go to the finance guy ( office on the left) and what you were unsure on he will clear it all!!!
We've purchased four cars from Ed Carroll since 2010, and I think that speaks for itself. We were lucky enough to meet Andrew Almgren in 2014 when we bought our VW Jetta SportWagen, and he left such an incredible impression on us that when we were ready for another car, we went back to him in May 2015 for a VW Beetle Convertible. Not once has it felt like a sales deal with Andrew, as it's evident he truly cares about the relationships he builds with his customers. While it might sound trite, he has gone the extra mile to always make us feel welcome, really listen to our needs and make thoughtful recommendations, and continues to foster a relationship with us outside of the dealership. It's safe to say we won't go to anyone else, or anywhere else, for cars.
Although I was still very happy with my 2012 BMW X3 28i, I had started researching the new 2018 BMW X3 30i upgrades and safety features. Towards the end of the model year (late MAY), I contacted Brian Kimmerle via email to see if he could meet my build price and it was agreed upon. We met to finalize the build and paperwork, Brian explained the process, and the countdown began. Although there were some hiccups on the part of BMW, of which Brian kept me informed, I met my new X3 on 25 AUG. I also worked with Daniel Barreto for financing and service/warranty items, as well as those who determine trade-in offer. From start to finish, I had a great buying experience and would highly recommend BMW of Salem.
