I have been buying cars for a very long time. I have dealt with many stereotypical car guys and I have never met a sales professional like Chris Anderson! Why this guy isn’t in management somewhere I don’t know!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I went to Ultimate Motors because my Credit Union had them listed as a reputable dealer. After discovering that UM was a small local dealer AND they donate to St. Jude's Hospital, I knew I would love to support them. Spencer was polite and friendly and my husband and I really enjoyed our conversation with him. This was at great experience.
It was a great experience! Would recommend absolutely to others! Although I didn’t purchase my vehicle from this dealership, the prices were extremely fair and the people kind. I only didn’t buy the car from here because I was too far away and I didn’t get a chance to test drive the vehicle that I wanted.
Over the years I've purchased a lot of cars. My experience with Richmond BMW Midlothian was very positive. Charles Armstrong offered the perfect example of how to treat a serious car buyer, especially when I live two hours away. After my initial contact, he responded within minutes. I told him the inventory stock number of the car I wanted, and said I would buy the car from the dealership that gave me the best price and was honest with me. He sent me a detailed sheet of the numbers. I was surprised that BMW Midlothian could compete with the pricing of the dealers in Northern Virginia and Maryland. They did! Also, my car was in excellent condition, and they gave me a fair price for my trade-in on my 2014 BMW X3. The staff is very professional and doesn't use high pressure tactics that some car dealers do. In short, they respects their customers. If you're going to buy a BMW definitely contact BMW Midlothian first. Oh, and be sure to ask for Charles Armstrong. You'll be glad you did.
My recent purchase experience at BMW of Midlothian was absolutely fantastic. Roshan Patel and Aaron Mason were not only highly professional but also very patient and accommodating as we went through the selection and sale process. It was a very positive experience. I have purchased several cars from this dealership and have never been disappointed in the sales staff and service. Excellent customer service all around. I highly recommend them.
I shopped around for a while and was so glad to finally settle down a factory order with them in late August. Final purchase was made late September. Their being knowledgeable and professional in the entire process may be found in other dealerships, but their honesty, sincerity, understanding and generous support in my situation are beyond other dealers I contacted ( such as those in the greater DC area). You won't want to miss this dealer if you are serious about getting a BMW. It will be my recommendation to anyone around me!!
I love everything about this dealership. They are the gold standard for all Volvo Service teams. I purchased my car from another dealer, but will not take it back there ever, having worked with Volvo of Richmond. The service professionals keep you informed of the nature, expense and timing of the appointment. The shuttle team is punctual and personable, and the car comes back in great shape. Kudos all around. Special note that the dealership sent an email overview of the condition of the car, followed by an email and phone call post service. Great team.
CarLotz sold me a 2015 Honda Civic. Jarratt, the salesman, was straightforward, knowledgeable, and provided great service. The car itself is clean and in good condition. No pressure sales tactics or shady negotiating. It was a great buying experience.
If you're like me and I dread going to buy a car, especially a used car, go see Antoine. Low pressure, polite, and you can tell he's just a good man. He let the car do the talking and let me make the decision. Gave me plenty of time and space, held the car for me for a day while a made my decision, and made the buying process easy once I made my choice. I would definitely go there again!
Nice vehicle*. Quick process. Mr. Quaintance greeted me with a (real) smile & took time to answer questions, also to explained things in simple (non-salemans') terms ! The original Battery failed, however, it was quickly and cordially replaced. The Finance dept., staff was cordial & polite, however, more intricate "details" of the contract could be explained more thoroughly. In spite of the few minor "quirks", I would recommended this dealership to others.
