Right front Marker Light

From the very beginning, Joe Trozzo was professional, clear and considerate when i walked in without an appointment on travel from Virginia with a request to work my 2008 Mercedes Sedan in for a right front marker light replacement. He explained that booked appointments had already filled that days work schedule. However, he went on to say that he would be more than happy to work my vehicle in for repairs on the following Monday, November 19, 2018 and for me to be at the service writers areas by 07:30hrs. Guess what? Joe was on-time and so was I. He entered my vehicle into the system and asked if there was anything else that he might have the technician check while my vehicle was in for the repairs, and my answer was, "not at this time" as I was on my way further South in FL. He also asked, if I needed a ride provided by shuttle, and of course the answer was no. So he pointed out the waiting room, where coffee and snacks were available. Upon completion of repairs, Joe call for me as I was walking around the facilities and explained that there was no "short circuiting " in my electrical system, but the bulb had burned out, which was replaced and that my vehicle checked -out when the technician performed the multi point inspection. Joe then took the time to explained the itemized list of repairs, cost and military discount. Since I am Military, I really appreciated Joe's attention to details, promptness, professionalism, care and concern he demonstrated while supporting my request. It's rare these days whereas a customer is treated with so much respect, and Joe certainty exceeded my expectations.
