Awesome customer service! Very efficient and very professional. Everytime,I???ve had to come to the dealership,I???ve alway been treated very well. I like all the people that I have come in contact with at Lou Sobh. I really think it Honda???s way, I was on vacation in Florida over the summer, got a screw in my tire. I first went to tires plus and the want to sell me a new tire, right the bat. Not even the same one I had. I left and found the closest Honda dealership, drive in they were friendly and wanted to help. They said they would take a look at it,if they could fix it it would be $15.00 if they couldn???t they would come talk to me. I made myself comfortable with a drink they gave me and a snack. A shot time later the gentleman came out and said they fixed my tire. I paid and was on my way. When I was driving home I noticed a different sticker on my window. I checked my oil maintenance screen,when I left for Florida I was at 70% oil life. I was at 100%. I was so impressed😊 That just goes to Honda is pretty amazing in customer service! I work in customer service too. Lou Sobh,Honda is the best!

This SUV is exactly what I wanted and it meets everything I need it to. Passenger capacity of seven with plenty of leg room and still plenty of storage in the rear.

I’ll be honest, when I first walked in, the first person I dealt with was not my cup of tea, but once someone noticed my frustrations, their entire team rallied around me and my family to make sure I had a positive experience and we were completely blown away by the professionalism of their team. Just to give you some back story - I was in an accident and needed to replace my vehicle. The rental I had was a brand new Jeep and so my mind was set on just that. I went to EIGHT car lots within about 30 hours. The whole experience was exhausting. I dealt with SO many ammeters - uneducated, impersonal, and otherwise. Finally, I found almost the exact car that I had initially wanted on Car Gurus and so I drove from ITP up to Palmer. My parents followed me up and happened to blow a tire along the way. Being that it was a Sunday I was worried we’d get there too late to finalize anything same day. When I arrived, as I mentioned, there was a bit of runaround with the guy who’d originally took my call, however, James (and really the entire team) very quickly took charge of the situation. They were able to find two of the cars that fit my expectations and got them both up to the front for me to view. I had already spent my weekend test driving, so once I saw the interior packages, I had my pick of the two, took it for a lap and then sat down for negotiating. Out of every lot I went to this weekend, James brought me the BEST price I’d seen all weekend AND it was for a vehicle that had a better package than any of the others I looked at. Also, this dealership is great in the sense that their first offer is a good offer and they don’t waste your time. Once we told them what we had and could walk out comfortably with, we spent about 20 minutes finalizing everything and I walked out with a brand new car that perfectly fit my budget. They were nice enough to throw in a few other signing incentives (but I won’t share those here ��) AND James personally filled up my parents tank so that they could head back to Nashville. All of this (including financing + pictures) took about 2.5 hours total. Honestly, you cannot best that!! Again, I am beyond impressed with this team, the service, and the dealership in general. My parents plan on coming back to buy a car from this lot and I will be sending all my friends to them moving forward. HIGHLY recommend these guys!

This car has exceeded all of my dreams for a new car. It is beautiful, quiet, has a comfortable ride and was a good bargain.

My son was driving my RDX just 72 hours after receiving his license when he got a flat tire. We had to have my car towed to your dealership after hours. They were wonderful with my husband on the phone and assured him that everything would be taken care of when he dropped me off Monday morning on his way to the airport so I could get to work on time. The service department knew who I was and I had under a 10 minute wait before I was ready to go. They were friendly and professional and not what I expected that early on a Monday morning from a dealership that I did not buy my Acura from. I have been driving much further for service because to be honest I did not know your dealership was even at this location. Your staff was outstanding and I will be bringing my car for service to you in the future. Thanks for everything!

I needed a vehicle that I could work out of and also seat my four small children. Third row seating with some rear storage was the only option. While mini vans fit this need perfectly, I just could not bring myself to buy an import. I purchased my first GM product (2012 Equinox) in 2014 with 77,000 miles. After an additional 100,000 hard driven Atlanta miles, I became a GM believer. After some online searching, I settled on a Traverse. Nash Chevrolet was always popping up with many low mileage and one owner vehicles. Knowing Mrs. Green in the body shop I asked for help. She immediately walked me upfront and introduced me to Scot Saffold. Within 30 minutes, we had found my vehicle. I could have drove away in less than an hour, if I had a check handy. I returned the next morning and was on my way in less than one hour. If at all possible, we as Americans should try our best to support local and independent businesses. While this may not be the case in every circumstance, personalized service is what customers expect. My hat is off to the Nash family team. Mr. Saffold is the kind of guy I want to do business with.

On October 20 my husband and I went into Jim Ellis Hyundai in need of a new car. I can truly say we were more than blown away. Not only by the wonderful car we purchased but by the wonderful customer service we received. They went above and beyond anything we could ever ask for. They treated us like family, and not someone just trying to push a car on us. They are very professional with tons of experience and knowledge. If you are looking to buy a car, I would HIGHLY suggest going to them. They have customers for life with us. Joe and Hau-B were both awesome!!!

The car met all of my needs. I like everything about it. It runs exactly as it performed during the test drive. The car is in very good shape both outside and the way it runs.

Comfortable for all passengers front and rear,, easy to drive, love the blind spot warning via the alerts in mirrors, lots of power and great fuel mileage around town and on the open road.

I was traveling for work to Tennessee when I had an issue with my vehicle. I pulled into jim Hardman GMC. I did not purchase my truck from them but the service team treated me great and understood the situation I was in and got it fixed as quickly as they could and got me back on the road.

We love this car. It has everything we were looking and then some. It’s spacious and drives so smoothly. We’re very happy with this purchase!

We are so happy with this vehicle. My husband is fourteen inches taller than me, and we can both drive comfortably. The Enclave shifts smoothly and there is plenty of interior room for passengers to ride comfortably as well transporting luggage. It handles well in snow and is very stable on the highway. We wanted a reliable full size SUV that drives great, rides smooth, and fits in the garage. Buick covered all the bases.

Service department is great. The sales department needs improvement with staffing. I've sent in a complaint and never heard back. Very frustrated with them.

I think the engineer was paid to save money on the front seat. Very uncomfortable. My dealer is doing everything they can to make front seat comfortable not GM .

Great service, but I???m disappointed in that my battery failed after 7 months of a 30 month warranty. The dealer replaced the battery at no cost excepting a labor charge of $25. Since the battery was defective and I paid for the initial installation,I feel this to be unfair. It was a GM battery under warranty and I should not reasonably anticipate incurring a labor expense on a virtually new battery. I???m a long time customer and enjoy the relative comradely of a long-time relationship. It???s a wonderful service department. I???ll likely be a customer until I no longer can operate a vehicle. This car met all my needs. AWD, Comfort. easy to get jn and out of, etc. Choose white and very elegant looking. Gas mileage is good for size of car.

My husband and I have done lots of car shopping with mixed experiences and I have to say this was one of the best. We came in to buy a 2018 Sierra after already agreeing on the price via phone. We sat down to do the paperwork and these guys found us an extra $500 off unprompted, which I thought really showed their class. Financing was quick and Jasmine was incredibly knowledgeable. Overall awesome experience!

Couple hours and out the door. Mr. Torres was great with me. Test drove vehicles but got what i truly wanted. This spring i will be joyed waahing her up. Millennium is the best.

I HATE car dealerships! With that being said we had the most amazing buying experience with this dealership! When we first entered the dealership we were quickly greeted by an employee named Kervin (sp?). He was a very nice young man who was new to the auto industry and was polite and professional. After a test drive they quickly appraised our vehicle to see where we were on the numbers. Shortly thereafter we were handed off to Shaun Wilhelmi who spent an entire week helping me sort through multiple vehicles in multiple locations along with coordinating multiple test drives. When I say this man has the patience of a saint I'm not kidding! I am a very high strung, high maintenance buyer and he never once appeared annoyed or frustrated at my constant text messages and phone calls. He even went so far as having a conference call with my husband and myself at 10 pm one night because my husbands work schedule is so hectic! Again he had nothing but a smile in his voice and never once appeared annoyed. He told us multiple times throughout the week that if it takes us a month to find a car that's fine with him because he wanted us to come back and buy from him again! Zero sales pressure! After going back and forth for a week we decided on a 2016 Lexus GX460 with only 2000 miles on it! It came time for financing and there was a bit of confusion regarding our trade in and financing options changed at the 9th hour. I knew the deal was over because it was a very complicated credit matter. I was shocked when after waiting 45 minutes Shaun Wilhelmi came out and said "we got the deal"! Pleasantly surprised the interest rate was 2 points LOWER than initially quoted thanks to the magic powers of the rockstar finance guy Shawn Phillips! Shawn P was also great comedic relief during an otherwise stressful time signing loan papers!!! Last but not lease Danny (sales manager) was very involved in the entire transaction and did everything he could to win our business including a "we owe" for a trailer hitch install on the new SUV. I can't say thank you enough to this fine group of folks. We have spent years working with a dealership down the road but I can tell you from here on out we will only deal with ALM for future purchases and we will tell all of our friends, colleagues and family to do the same! I would totally vote Shaun W. employee of the year!

I have owned several SUV’s over the past 30 years...this is a super nice vehicle. I have the premium so it has tons of bells and whistles that i’m getting accostumed with...but it is sweet. I don’t have a long history with it as I just bought it but I am loving the room and handling.

We just purchased this car and really love it. Comfort, style and classy! I would recommend this car to anyone. A little pricey but seems worth the money.

The room in this mid size SUV with third row seating is absolutely amazing. I'm 5'9" and I don't have to crouch down to move through the back area. I barely have to bend any further than I did in my minivan and that amazes me, I thought I'd be sacrificing a lot of room moving from a van to an SUV but that is not the case here. The only real complaint I have is that I purchased the 6 cylinder AWD and I think definitely go for the 8 cylinder if you have the option. You're going to break even in the gas mileage department and the extra power is noticeably worth it, in my opinion. All in all, I think Buick hit it out of the park with this ride!

We were out shopping for a replacement Honda Odyssey after our 2006 Odyssey was involved in an accident and was a total loss. When we arrived on the lot, we were greeted by Mark Olson. We explained what happened and what we were looking for. We also let him know that we had no idea what our price point would be as we hadn't heard from the insurance company. Mark brought us a 2007 Odyssey to look at, but it had too many miles for us. He then suggested a 2012 that they had. We thought it might be too expensive, but he suggested we just take a look. He brought it up to us and it was a really nice vehicle. We examined the vehicle's equipment, then Mark and I went out on a test drive. It seemed to run and drive very well. We noticed the van didn't have a roof rack and Mark checked with the guys inside and said it wouldn't be an issue to get it installed at ALM. We continued shopping around and just couldn't find a better deal or always had someone trying to convince us to go for a different vehicle because they didn't have what we wanted. Finally we hard back from the insurance company and called Mark to make sure the van was still there. It was and he put it in back for us. The actual sale of the vehicle was pretty easy and didn't take as long as it has in other dealers and we drove it home on a Sunday. After having it a couple days, we noticed a few things that needed some attention and we were working to get the roof rack installation scheduled. Mark said that we should bring the van back in and they will go through it and fix anything that's wrong. We dropped it off on May 31st in the morning to Mark & Nathan and picked it up at 5pm. The roof rack was installed, the tires were replaced, the oil change was done, the brake rotors resurfaced and new pads. I'm real happy with what Mark and ALM have done. When it's time for me to replace my car, I know that I will check with ALM and see what they have. Thanks so much guys!
