People--If you want to buy a car this is the only place to go. I went to 8 dealers and looked at 18 Cadillacs. After wasting my time and gas, had to go back to SC Car Zone. They had the cleanest car, honest staff, and great selection . It took me 1.5 hours to pick my car, get approved, and drive away. Then I thought I needed to find a gas station right away(according to reviews) looked down and found a full gas tank. I'm 60 bought 20 cars and never had it so good.

We are so happy with this vehicle. My husband is fourteen inches taller than me, and we can both drive comfortably. The Enclave shifts smoothly and there is plenty of interior room for passengers to ride comfortably as well transporting luggage. It handles well in snow and is very stable on the highway. We wanted a reliable full size SUV that drives great, rides smooth, and fits in the garage. Buick covered all the bases.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Hello , I just want to call out one of your service advisors Mathew. I was on vacation and experienced a check engine light on my vehicle and I had a Turbo booster issue a few weeks ago that my local dealer repair but this past Saturday July 15,2017 I experienced the same issue and called my local dealer to inform them that the same issue occurred .Parkway Hyundai in Valencia suggested that I did not drive the car any distance back home and I immediately find a local dealership to take a look at the car and repair the issue. I was in a panic because this was at 1PM on a Saturday afternoon and your service department hours where til 4PM. When I arrived at your service department they directed me to a service advisor, Mathew, greeted me and inquired what he could help me with. I explained I was on vacation and what had happen to my car. Mathew was very good at listening to my concerns and told me let me fill our a service ticket and I will have one of our techs look to see what the issue is. Mathew took me to the customers lounge and said there is water and seating for you and I will keep you informed ASAP about your car. He updated me two times and within a 1-1/2 Mathew came into the customer lounge and said your car is all repaired and suggested that I should soon return to my local dealer and have them replace the turbo booster cable( which Mathew had already ordered one that it would be in sometime Monday and that I could come back Monday and that your dealership would replace it), I informed Mathew that had to return home on Monday morning but Mathew did assure me that the tech did reattach the existing turbo booster and that it would be just fine to drive home. I just wanted to give your service advisor Mathew a "BIG SHOUT OUT" for his excellent customer service that he gave me and being so caring to assure me that he would try to do what ever it takes to repair my vehicle. I'm in management with a large corporation and would love to have all my associates to deliver excellent customer service to my customers. Thanks again Mathew you saved my vacation!!!!! Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Very comfortable and good ride on cross country trips. The exterior and interior both look good. Plenty of room for passengers and luggage. The navigation system is not good. Small screen, and not intuitive to program. Will only accept Mt not mount when that is in the name. Maps not up to date when new, expensive to update.

The room in this mid size SUV with third row seating is absolutely amazing. I'm 5'9" and I don't have to crouch down to move through the back area. I barely have to bend any further than I did in my minivan and that amazes me, I thought I'd be sacrificing a lot of room moving from a van to an SUV but that is not the case here. The only real complaint I have is that I purchased the 6 cylinder AWD and I think definitely go for the 8 cylinder if you have the option. You're going to break even in the gas mileage department and the extra power is noticeably worth it, in my opinion. All in all, I think Buick hit it out of the park with this ride!

Bad torque converters

After owning my car for 3 years my 2015 Buick Enclave started making strange noises like I was running over the warning bumps on the side of the road. Come to find out this is called shuddering. After 90,000 highway miles my car needed a new torque converter which cost $1400. After paying to get the new torque converter it took less than a month and 2,000 miles later and the car started making the shuddering noise and jerking again. I took it back to the same transmission repair shop and they replaced the torque converter again and also changed the transmission seals which was apparently another part of the initial problem. Needless to say this experience has dampened by enthusiasm for Buicks. I am now faced with the dilemma of trading my Enclave while it’s fixed with 106,000 miles and be upside down on my loan or risk the transmission going out down the line which I’ve read is a common problem with these cars due to their size and using the drivetrain meant for cars.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

There have been some problems with the Ford Focus dual clutch transmissions, 2012. It involves a leaking seal which deposits a little oil on the clutch, and a computer control unit as well. Both are recall issues, and covered by Ford. My car has 79000 miles, and the computer went out a few weeks ago. The clutch has also been slipping. My car stopped in Irvine, and I had it towed to Autonation in Tustin. The service person at this Ford Dealership I spoke to before it was towed, was very nice, and told me he would take care of me. When I arrived at the dealer he immediately got the ball rolling on my repairs. Ford put me in a Rental car, free of charge. They replaced the malfunctioning computer unit, and gave me back my car a day and a half later. The clutch units were on back-order, so I had to wait a week, but my car still drove ok to use it. When I dropped of my car a week later for the clutch work, Ford again gave me a rental. The clutch repair took a few days, but now I have my car back and it's working great. What impressed me the most is how they kept me informed along the way, and how Ford took care of this issue without any hassles what so ever. The Focus has gotten a bad rap from this transmission problem, but Ford has been taking care of the defective units still out there, and the newer Focus cars have these fixes already engineered into them, and apparently don't have these problems any longer. The Focus is a great car, this is the only problem I've ever had with it. Autonation in Tustin, they get and A+ for service, I wouldn't hesitate to go there again.
