I purchased an extended warranty on a used truck, actually 4. Paint. Interior, carpet, upholstery. Engine. Wheels and tires The interior warranty will not pay for a cracked dash or defective seat belt. Also waiting on resubmittial to replace dash from August. Paint is cracking on hood still waiting from August to see if they are going to pay. To repaint. These are third party warranties and the dealership is working within their guidelines so this isn???t a dealership issue other that that is the warranty they were selling at the time. The drivetrain and engine warranty has been great and I forgot I also purchased a 5th warranty for dings and that warranty was great. So I still wait but figure I will have to go see if the dealership will refund them. Again, staff and dealership are spot on with their service and staff my issue is with a 3rd party warranty.
