Village Toyota has serviced all of my Toyotas. I have owned five. They have always provided excellent service at reasonable prices. They kept my cars in tip-top condition. The 2019 Camary is the first new car I have bought at the dealership. The sales department delivers the same exemplary customer service as the service department. Our salesman Darian was the best. He was so patient with us, especially when it came to explaining the new technology in the car. Very professional
John "the Beatles" tie contacted me on the internet. We had a phone conversation as to what I was looking for. He had the vehicle ready for my viewing. Almost exactly what I wanted. It had things I DID NOT want. However, we were able to get more of what "I" wanted and make a deal. When they say "family", it's because they stay close even though They have your money. I'm very pleased with the transaction. John is truly invested in making sure you are a happy and satisfied customer. Service was for an oil change and tire rotation, and a multi-point inspection was done with no charge. Service completed in a timely manner, and my service advisor Glenn was friendly and professional. There are two Honda dealerships closer, but I drive the 40 miles to Love Honda for their trustworthy service.
Everything was hasslefree i???m not sure if my brakes were actually checked because I never saw them take my tires off and I still have a little movement in my steering wheel when I apply the brakes but I was told there at 50% perhaps you can check the brakes without taking the tires off because typically if you remove the tires they ask you to come back and get them re-torque with an 100 miles just checking
Plan on buying a new or used car. Go see Dave Doucette at Kia in Crystal River. He is a nice guy and easy to talk too. I have known him for years. Has a great personality and I’m sure he will find what your looking for.
